Me. B fixed my refrigerator today. For a month there was no water or ice due to a broken hose line I believe. We had to buy water all of December. Now everything is back in order. I will be using him again to fix the dryer.

Erwin was able to fix the washing machine for us. He’s always super responsive and honest. Will tell you if it’s worth repairing or replacing a unit. Super punctual and always ready to come out on a whim. Thank you so much for your help.

William came to fix my fridge, when i refused the high price he walked back to the fridge and said ok left mad. The problem to begin with was that it was too much ice on the botton now it’s full of water not cold at all. He took something out and now the fridge stoped working terrible people to deal with

Erwin is always very responsive to any call we make to him. He diagnoses issues on all appliances and is very honest as to whether it is better to buy new or have him repair them. He has worked on our washer, dish washer and even our refrigerator. Very reliable.

Mr. B is an outstanding technician — he repaired both my GE washer and GE refrigerator and did a superb job. I have no complaints and am very pleased with the workmanship and the final bill. I highly recommend him for his skill and honesty.

They send a guy name Andrew, the worst he came to my house seeing that the washing machine was not working then when to his office that he fix .y machine. I pay him 50 dollars to clean my Dyer vent he threw the lint all over my yard they are turible.

$90 for 5 minutes of looking at my dishwasher…. Ridiculous.

DO NOT USE THEM! Our dryer wasn’t working, they came out and told us the dryer needed to be fixed. Charged us $380. We told them we’ll just buy a dryer at that price. Still had to pay them $100 just for coming out. THEN we discovered the dryer wasn’t working because the outside vent was clogged. The dryer itself was perfectly fine. Took 5 minutes and a vacuum to get everything working properly. Terrible company, they will scam you.

4/30/26 Called for GE Profile refrigerator repair (less than 2 years old). Refrigerator wasn't cooling but freezer working. Dennis came out immediately, checked fan inside fridge (it was working) cost 89$. We though this was worth such timely service. Then to check coolant in back of the fridge cost was another 125$. We opted for this service. Dennis claimed the coolant must have leaked out because his tool was registering zero coolant. We never noticed a smell that there would have been a leak. Cost to repair that would be 1,000$. We said no. Kept refrigerator plugged in and it has been working ever since. Can you explain that? We think it is an electronic problem possibly intermittent since it may has reset when unplugged and re-plugged in. I think we should be reimbursed for 125$. Also worry this is a scam company. Please contact us if you can help with any of this.

Bad experience

Do not try to contact this company, the man who came, explained to him 6 times what was happening and he never understood, he undid the washing machine and had to call another person because he did not know what was happening but they still charge you 90 dollars without resolving the issue. problem their business is just visiting you to get paid for the visit it's a scam

The tech was early, was thorough and didn’t take long to diagnose the issues. I’ll update when the parts are installed. So far I’m happy about this company.

Absolute crooks. Wanted to charge me $475 to replace a lock and latch on my LG washer. I did my research after, instead of before, my mistake. It only need a $20 latch/hook which took me 10 minutes to replace myself. They got me for a $90 service appt fee…lesson learned. The guy did nothing when he was here except to go on his phone, see if the parts were available, and then double the actual retail price of them. He didn’t do any real inspection to see if I needed a new lock. I cannot stress enough to call an actual local business that’s not connected to some national network of scammers like these guys are.

Before reading any reviews I went ahead and hired this company which now I realize was a big mistake. The technician seemed like he knew what he was doing but apparently he didn't. He needed to replace a pump on our dishwasher but in doing so and unknowingly he damaged a gasket and we ended up with a water leak. He came back out and replaced the gasket and everything seemed okay but now a couple weeks later we woke up and found a puddle in front of the dishwasher and it has now seeped underneath our vinyl flooring. From what started as a small job has now turned into a big job and a nightmare. I am calling a plumber and someone else to dry up the water underneath the flooring.

The service tech is a liar he stated that he replaced parts to our home warranty and all he did was look at my washer and closed call as complete and never returned to install parts the dispatcher also lied to us as well about parts and they show up in a car not even a service truck. Stay away from these people

Wanted 405 dollars to replace a heating element and thermostat on a dryer. Dryer still has warranty for parts. Looked up the parts on lowes.com and upped the price. Additionally, i called a different company found on Google, and this company showed up. Not sure if they are contracted out, or if they use a different name on Google.

We have had an ongoing problem with our washing machine over the last 6 months. But the bottom line is that We Fix Appliances, Mathew, came out and replaced motors, belts, electric panel and more and it’s finally working properly. We Fix Appliances was not the only company that came out to “repair” our washer but they are the ones that fixed it and got it running correctly.

We appreciate everything Mathew did. He was understanding, patient, worked quickly, neat, clean and spoke well.

Our home warranty company sent this company out to fix our washing machine. They came out tipped, up the washer and said they needed to order parts. They were here no longer than 5 mins. They were in a car. They said they needed to order parts and left. Then they closed out the service order and wanted to get paid from warranty company. They lied to us they lied to warranty company. They are horrible. Its been over a week and finally the warranty company is sending a different company.

Great, same-day emergency service, even around the holidays, when most service providers are not available. My tech was friendly, knowledgeable, tidy & had all the necessary tools & parts with him. My Samsung dryer is now working better than ever before. Very nice job!
