Roman Roofing proptly responded to our request for a quote to repair our 20 year-old metal roof that had some minor dammage from leaks caused by our solar system pool heating system and hurricanes. Curtis performed a thorough assessment and identified one of the valleys the source of our leak and assurred us that it would be eliminated by replacing and repositioning the valley flashing with waterproof caulking. Also, he recommended replacement of all the rusting roof screws as well as replacement of the rusted portions of a couple of the roof panels and adjacent drip edge white trim. The team began as planned one day after the solar system was removed completing the project in two days. The roof looks more secure and almost new, and the repairs have eliminated all leaks. We are very pleased with the skilled and efficient workmanship and professional attitude of the Roman Team.

We have used Roman roofing several times over the last few years for roof repairs on a couple of different homes. We were very pleased with the quality of workmanship and when it was time for a new roof they were the first company we called. Mike Glover was very informative, responsive, easy to work with, and provided several options. Ashley in the office was quick to find out the answers to any questions we had and always followed through. We decided to go with a metal roof and we absolutely love it. Reasonably priced and quality product.

RUN AWAY! Worst customer service, poor workmanship, and high costs. Leaking gutters and roof. Repeated emails, calls, videos, time off work, no one wants to call until the bill is due for incomplete, shoddy work. Salesman will tell you anything to get the sale but they can't deliver on their false promises of deadlines and quality. Missing transitional plates from the gutters to the downspouts. Pooling water in gutters. Improper height to provide effective water run off. Installed downspout to old incorrect spout running under a wooden porch causing water damage and wash out instead of full replacement as requested. Didn't use professional gutter tabs, just cut pieces of metal off old gutters. Gutter endcaps, downspouts, and seams leak. The cost of my labor, my time, and to pay a lawyer is more than the remaining balance. Over 1 year later the owner reached out to make right. He was very kind, apologetic, and additional work was performed. He treated me respectfully and was courteous.

Our sales person Dave Racer was excellent. I found him to be very communicative and professional.

The installation team was also amazing! They communicated expectations well and I am truly happy with the results. They are very professional and I highly recommend them!

The rest of the communication though… 2 out of 10

They have a very cool portal, but it’s almost impossible to get updates - I sent multiple messages and questions in their portal and never received a response - The only way I got any type of response was directly messaging out sales rep… And even he seemed to struggle getting updates from the admin team…

As long as you’re comfortable, staying on top of things yourself and communicating with your sales rep, this company is excellent to use, but I recommend having VERY LOW expectations for their administrative staff

Stay away from Roman roofing . They botched my roof with damaged plywood and the roof is sagging when I brought it to their attention they said wait 6 months for the roof to settle. I had an independent roof inspector come out and he said he saw this issue before and its definitely the plywood they used. The trusses are visible because all the plywood they used is sagging . Horrible job and they refuse do do anything about it.

Bill did an incredible job with our fence. He added a partial privacy fence and repaired our chained link fence. He was very thorough and conscientious. I would definitely recommend Linear Fence for all your fencing needs. We are beyond happy with his work.

unsatisfactory fence installation experience!
I recently hired Linear Fence LLC to install fence around my pool area in anticipation of pool construction. Unfortunately the experience was far from satisfactory.
the fence was installed too low to the ground. hindering the self-closing gate mechanism. in order to meet inspection requirements, I had to personally address the issue by digging the ground to make the fence gate close properly. when I raised my concerns with the installer who is the owner of Linear Fence, he showed no willingness to rectify the situation without additional payment.
moreover, the promised "commercial grade" aluminum fence turned out to be weaker than expected, with subpar hinges that are commonly found in the cheapest options on market. communication has been a significant issue, as the installer rarely answers calls and refuses to take responsibility for the quality of its work. I strongly advise against hiring LINEAR FENCE! the luck of professionalism, poor workmanship and refusal to address the problem with the gate they installed only 2 weeks ago, make them questionable choice for any project.

This is a phenomenal company to work with. As usual, with any business, there will be unhappy people so take any negative reviews with a grain of salt. This guy is not only very talented, he has extremely fair pricing and top notch workmanship. My fence repair was handled in a timely manner with excellent results!! Great job guys!!

It was amazing how quickly the fence was put up. He was incredibly responsive. He had a great payment plan, and within a week I️ had a fence around my entire yard. You can’t beat that price for the sheer quality and effectiveness of his work. I️ would recommend him to anyone.

We used Bill and his team to install our fence in May 2021. Unfortunately hurricane Ian took out most of it. Bill was able to repair and replace the fence in 1 day.
