Captains is absolutely the best remediation company out there. The windows and door installed by my builder were not put in correctly and caused water leaks down into the baseboard & drywall. My attic also had mold from the builder leaving the joists out in the rain untarped/uncovered. Captains was hired by my builder to remediate the issues and they were fantastic. Jonah, Tyler, and Rachele have been nothing short of amazing, helpful, informative, and pleasant to work with. I cannot honestly say enough good things since every other contractor I’ve worked with has been subpar, but Captains exceeded every expectation and treated my home and my family the way I would treat them.

If you are trying to find a carpet cleaner at a very reasonable price look no further. They're good people and will take care of you. I brought them my carpet out of my '96 dodge 3500 and they did a fantastic professional job. I highly recommend them over other ridiculously priced companies.

We had problems with A/C drain line. Our garage walls and kitchen ceiling were all wet. Tony and John had show up on time on Sep.22 and were working as a very good team for 2 days. They did exceptional work to remove mold, dry out walls and ceiling. They did grate job and really saved our home from further damage. Tony and John were shown a high score of professionalism, job skills and excellent interaction with customer. They have gone above and beyond to make sure that everything is completed to our satisfaction. We highly recommend Captain's Complete Restoration.

I have used Captain's Complete Restoration annually for the past four years for tile and carpet cleaning. Two weeks ago I needed water restoration work and they showed up within 30 minutes ! He arrived on time, was very professional, dressed in a uniform and was very nice and knowledgeable about all their services. He explained to me what he was going to do and got right to work. These guys were amazing!! They were professional and very curteous, and they left my sectional sofa looking better than new!! I highly recommend this company...Jordan and OT were great!!
