Absolutely amazed at the fabulous and timely job done for us by Rohan and his company at H2O Dryout. We had a real mess over here - our entire pantry had to be removed. We called Jay our "mold-buster". :-) He was here EVERY day and Rohan made sure to keep us safe at all times during the process. They feel like family. Will highly recommend to everyone. !!!!!

Mike and H2O Dryout exceeded my expectations in every way. They were on time, honest, knowledgeable, fast, and affordable. I was very worried about mold and other issues that my insurance company had detected during an inspection, but Mike put my mind at ease right away. He helped remediate the problem and documented everything professionally for me to be able to provide to the insurance company, all the while explaining to me exactly what he was doing and why. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will call again for any future services needed.

I have seen this company in action twice within five months, unfortunately.
This dry out company is phenomenal. I have a friend that had a flood in his house. The entire home was soaked a week before Christmas. Rohan and his technicians dried everything out a few days before Christmas. Then, unfortunately my house had a few rooms get wet this week. We had to call H2oDryout. Sucks when this happens to you. Once again these guys kicked butt and dried my house out in a few days. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

We had been living in mold over 4 months since hurricane Ian. It was awful, burning nostrils, headaches, and lots of sneezing. The smell was atrocious.
Rohan and his team were professional and successfully removed the mold from our house. So much better since they did their work. It smells clean and no more of these symptoms!

I honestly have so much to say about what they did for my family. I am a mother of 4 and after Hurricane Ian my 3 girls kept getting sick. For months I was in and out of the doctors office, ER visits with coughs I could no longer control. They had repeated upper respiratory infections, diagnosed with Asthma-just the whole nine yards. It finally dawned on me to test my home for mold-and it was positive . Fast forward to today, my house finally tested negative and H2O dryout took care of us. Always keeping in mind the importance of us coming back home and my girls not getting sick anymore. I know they went above and beyond for my family and what that means to me I can’t put into words.We are home now and my girls haven’t coughed once-that is priceless. You hear of these stories and you really don’t believe it until it happens to you. I’m so grateful for them! If you have mold, get it taken care of the right way with the right team! They made a hard situation, tolerable by knowing we were doing what was right.

I have been using H2O Dryout for business & personal services for a number of years. Rohan Khan & his crew are extremely professional & have excellent customer service. My real estate company, Bartley Realty, used H2O Dryout for a number of different jobs. These jobs were normally on a limited time frame. Rohan & his team never let us down! They always got the job done right & in a timely manner. In my home, I've used Rohan for carpet & grout cleaning. I have always had dogs & kids, so their services in my home have been invaluable to me as a homeowner. The carpet & grout always looks brand new when they finish the job. Wonderful company to work with. H2o Dryout quickly came to my home in the middle of the night within the hour that I called. Staff were professional and courteous. They had ample equipment to handle the size of the job involving two floors in our home.

I highly recommend H2O Dryout. We discovered that we had leak behind our dishwasher when we went to replace it and we were noticing a couple of spots in the ceiling from leaks in our roof before we had the roof replaced because of Irma. I called H2O Dryout to come and look at both issues. I thought for sure we were looking at another major expense. Rohan ( the owner) came over and clearly explained what we had and was able to seal up the areas we were concerned with. I also learned that they also do tile and carpet cleaning so we will definitely have them back to restore the tile in our house. I was very impressed with Rohan’s honesty and knowledge. Rohan Khan with H2odryout just completed a large dry out with mold, they did an awesome job! The emergency service team showed up on time and worked fast to get my home livable. I appreciate they made our family comfortable through the process. They were very thorough, helpful, considerate and left the house in immaculate. Mike also coordinated with the insurance company to ensure all photos and documentation was provided, which made the process go smoothly. The adjuster just worked off H2o Dryout report. Once I saw that I was so revealed. They did an outstanding job! I highly recommend H2oDryout.

H2o Dryout is amazing! Their response time was less than 40 minutes. The technicians are kind and understanding, they were compassionate and treated my home like it was their own, explaining everything and why along the way. Rohan and H2O Dryout were fantastic at fixing my uncle's house that had a lot of water damage and mold. They were quickly at the residence evaluating the condition and talking over every detail with me. I had a quote in hand soon after.The price was very reasonable for all of the work they were going to do. Best of all, I live a few states away, and they did all of the work for the exact price they quoted! How often does that happen? They dried the house out completely, got rid of all of the mold, and it passed the mold test with flying colors. Top notch outfit. I would recommend them to anybody.

Hurricane Ian Experience: After being impacted severely by the recent hurricane, we quickly needed to engage with a remediation company to get our lives back in order. To make a long story short and after two other remediation companies who performed work on our house, I was introduced to Rohan at H2O. He immediately recognized where the others had failed and had a game plan on how we could get over the finish line and get work started on the rebuild. Within a few days a crew was out and the additional work was performed. A week later the retesting of mold was performed and we passed with flying colors! I cannot put into words the gratitude we have for Rohan/team and the weight they lifted off my family. I hope to never deal with something so tragic again in my life, but know exactly who I’d call from the start to make sure things were done right the first time. If you’ve experienced the same as us with another remediation company, or simply need an honest, professional and ethical company to get you over the finish line, you have found the right team. We will be forever grateful for his help at a time when we had no one else to rely on.

Hurricane Milton Experience: Sadly, we needed to use remediation services again for the most recent hurricane. Instead of the mess we dealt with for Ian (commentary above), we contacted H2O Dryout immediately and had our large house mitigated in only two days! Rohan and crew were once again professional and went above and beyond to help us in another difficult situation. While I’m hopeful to have a long term solution for the flooding in our area, I know we have a reliable company in the event we need these services again.

After Ian, the vultures swooped in. The first folks I could get in for remediation were from out of state and wanted to pull down 75% of my ceilings to begin the remediation - to the tune of almost $20k.

After I started to see what was going on, I reached out to H2O Dryout. I explained what had happened and even only after few days after the hurricane, the came by and looked over my damage. Quickly they were able to show me that I didn’t need all this demo done. They removed a fraction of what the previous company recommended, dried the house out, and showed me why all the other demo was not required. They were quick and professional and about a 1/4 the cost.

Hands down the best mold remediation company in SWFL. Rohan and his team are top-notch! They came in a few days after hurricane Ian and took care of business. The crews were extremely professional, cleaned up after themselves and explained the process every step of the way. This business provided water remediation to my house. They removed four feet of every wall, replaced cabinets, vanities, tub, showers, doors, baseboards and repainted everything. They did an outstanding job. The workers seemed to take pride in their finished product. I would highly recommend this company.

I was very happy to see that they were very professional and definitely able to keep me calm due to a house flooding... When they were called, they were here within 45 minutes. And they got right to it. They called several times and even came by to check the drawing status and progress. Once everything was all finished and dried, I learned that the man who was here was the owner. And that was more impressive that he was working with his guy's on the job. I got such a good feeling from the owner that I would actually invite the man over for dinner . I appreciate them. Great job gentlemen!

I would highly recommend H2O Dryout for any issues a homeowner might have with water and mold mitigation. I had issues with a roof leaking due to hurricane damage and ultimately mold in the attic. Rohan was extremely knowledgeable, professional and was able to provide a thorough assessment of the situation and get the job done quickly. He communicated the issues, a remedy to take care of the mold and proceeded to get the job done 100% to my satisfaction. I would absolutely recommend H2O!

Rohan and Brian were wonderful to work with. We found leaky pipes and mold when we went to replumb our house. 3 other companies gave us the runaround for a week waiting to see if the insurance was going to cover, they wouldnt even help dry it out even if we paid cash. H20 did what needed to be done regardless if it was going to be an insurance job or not. We appreciated that they cared about the customer not just the money. And they did a great job!
