We have experienced a series of unfortunate events over the past few months and so have had multiple visits from the Water Out Now team. They are amazing and I highly recommend them for water remediation. Their expertise and the professionalism and calmness they exude has made the experience of water damage much less stressful.

So this is our story:
The hubs and I experienced a major water leak in our home in March of 2019. Derrick Steinke and Lee (sorry, he’s a man of very few words, so didn’t get his last name!) from Water Out Now were sent to our “soggy” home by our insurance company.

They arrived within an hour of being contacted, made a thorough assessment of our situation, and immediately began removing baseboards, carpets and doors to ensure that mold wouldn’t stand a chance of moving into our house!

After extracting water from all of our rugs, they refurnished our 3200sq ft home with approximately 25,000 fans and 50,000 dehumidifiers (slight exaggerations) which weren’t very noisy, but did hum us to sleep nightly!

After about four or five days, Derrick and Lee returned to our home to clean and sanitize all of our rugs and tile, test for mold, and reclaim their fans and dehumidifiers.

While having your home flood isn’t something we’d wish on anyone, we do appreciate the great job and follow-up done by Water Out Now, and Derrick and Lee. I’d absolutely use them again and HIGHLY recommend their services to anyone who could use them!

I am very impressed with this company! Initially Derrick came out to clean and seal my shower floor. He immediately advised me that there were pinholes and inconsistencies in the grout and that I should have that fixed before sealing to maximize the life of my shower even more. I had the grout redone and Derrick came back and sealed the floor. I am very satisfied with the professionalism displayed by everyone I had contact with, starting with the owner Kagen. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for professional and prompt services as well as fair prices.

We called Water Out Now to come out for an emergency water pipe leak that went onto carpet and got the carpet wet. They were quick to respond, fit us in last minute and very friendly. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a professional, dependable company. If I could give 6 stars I would !

Lee and his team were a godsend - I had 16k gallons of water flood my house after my upstairs toilet cracked and they were on site within hours of discovering the leak. They spent several long (and unexpectedly arduous) days ensuring my home was dry, and were so thorough. They were professional, informative, honest, and most importantly incredibly kind. They coordinated with me and my family to get the job done quickly and completely. The overall cost was unbelievably reasonable for the amount of work they put in and I couldn’t be more grateful. This company came out to dry out floors after water damage. They tried to do things half a** never took the floors up and failed to check a bathroom for water. We then had mold in the bathroom they again returned to "dry" out the bathroom. The equipment they used broke a supply line to the toilet and flooded our entire house. They again said it was dry a few weeks later our house started smelling musty so we started removing the floors and there was still water under the floor almost a month later. 5 months later and still no floor.
DO NOT USE this company.
