Dan's Custom Welding is the coolest place to go. He is a real life encyclopedia of "how to" to do nearly anything!

Dans custom welding has bad communication and is very unprofessional. When having a very specific time schedule on a project avoid this company at all costs.

WARNING IN THIS BUSINESS .. IN AGOST 12 i contact to Dan's custom welding to do a job in a rusty truck.. it has a bad damage in the frame he came to my house to see the truck condition and he said he can fix it
And the estimate cost was 1600 dollars he told me that he need 800 to start the job and when he finished the rest of the money I paid him $800 and he tells me in 1 week LL be done . Every week i talk whit him and he always tell me that the job LL be done for the next .week.. After almost 4 weeks the guy call me to tell me that he can't do the job because the truck was in bad conditions (he Takes 4 weeks to determine that he can't do the job ... All that time loosen)i said ok... I understand .. but like no job done i ask him for my money back and he told me that he doesn't no have it because he had some problem whit his bank Now he send me a message tell in me that he wants to charge $250 for the inspection without my permission
Telling me that the money that LL be refund LL be $550 by September 10 ... PLEASE BE AWARE WHIT THIS BUSSINESS I HOPE NOBODY ELSE GET prejudice .....

Hands down the best experience I've ever had with a company like this they care and will make sure your able to drive properly I didn't know I had such an issue with my vehicle and they made sure I was safe to drive first and then worried about payment they truly are a 5 star company they came out if there way to come to my job 30 minutes away pick up my vehicle and fix the issue with no problem at all and it got back to me before I had to clock out so it was no worry for me at all if you go anywhere go here you won't be disappointed

Man i really hate to give a small one man show this kinda rating but....i gave dan a project well over four months ago now. He actually still has some of my parts and material and just wont answer my calls or texts anymore. He seemed like he’d be a great fabricator...cant get him to actually work tho so i cant review his skill level at all unfortunately. Based solely on professionalism tho he deserves the one star. EDIT TO OWNER REPLY: Im sorry do you mean the call at ten o’clock at night the day I posted this review? Because again this project was brought to you December 2018 and its now march 19. The fact is i called and texted you( to have things in writing once i realized you were NOT a man of your word) and received zero response from you UNTIL this review was posted. And i certainly will be by to retrieve MY PROPERTY ive been try to retrieve for months now. Since your a very sporadic work schedule kind of guy you let me know when you’ll ACTUALLY be at your shop.

Needed a hole cut in a stainless steel sink. He did fantastic work and did the job while I waited. Highly recommend!!

Had a bent anchor that Dan straightened right out. Called five places prior to him. All said “ no can do”. Quite pleased with the service.

Called several welding shops in the area, not one would give me the time of day, Dan said to bring the part over and had it done the next day! Nice Guy, would recommend to anyone!

we were looking for someone to help us modify a transport chair for my nephew who is down syndrome, Alzheimer stricken and has seizures. while the chair was light enough to load and unload for a couple of 70 year old women, the design left much to be desired. dans welding in cape coral took one look, listened to what we needed and like magic the chair was modified to perfection. this is an aluminum chair and you cannot tell there has been extensive changes to make it user friendly for both steven and I. handle bars were extended for easier pushing and control, brakes were moved to conform, foot support was extended for steves comfort and hooks were installed for purse, bags, etc , i cannot say thank you enough to this business and dan....i ll send pictures as soon as i can
