Shutters 239 came to the house, gave us a very reasonable estimate, which we accepted. They were ready before the scheduled installation date, came and installed the shutters quickly and efficiently. Pedro and his crew did a great job, got everything in, despite a somewhat difficult install. There were a few small problems, but they were very quickly resolved, and everything is in and passed inspection with no problems. Work site was kept clean and neat the whole time. Shutters work great! We're very happy with Shutters 239! Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants quality shutters installed on time and correctly! Customer service was great too! Office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Good company, good product, good customer service!

I'm very satisfied with the rolldowns installed by Shutters 239. We installed motorized roll downs that can be controlled via app which makes it extremely convenient if a hurricane hits Southwest Florida and we are not home. After calling Shutters 239, we understood it was the right choice. Joe came to inspect our home and gave us good suggestions. Once we finalized the job, they were able to install within a few weeks. They showed up on time, were very professional, and took the time to walk me through how to use everything and answered any questions I had. What i appreciated most was actually their post sales service (once you make the final payment, some contractors become very hard to reach!). I asked for a small adjustment and Joe and his team were very nice and came back within a week. I really like the product they installed and dealing with their customer service. I wouldn't hesitate using them again or recommending this company to anyone interested in shutter installation.

I hired Shutters239 to install a large hurricane screen for my lanai around the time of Hurricane Ian. They were more reasonable than their competitors in price and they did a fantastic job. I recently needed them to come service the motor for my screen (apparently if you leave it unused for long periods of time it's not good for the motor!). Sam, Bobby and Mister replaced my defective motor under warranty and were prompt and professional. I am impressed and relieved that I was not charged for the service. I had been told by a competitor that defective motors only had a one year warranty. Not with Shutters239! Thank you gentlemen!

We had an amazing experience with shutters239. From the first call scheduling the estimate, to the initial consultation with Riley. She answered all of our questions and prepared our quote quickly and efficiently. She also answered all our follow up questions we had, offering her expert advise, and even came out over a year later when we were finally ready to re-measure everything. Calls to the office were very pleasant as well. Victoria answered all our questions and kept us informed every step of the way by call and text. Permit process went smooth. We didn’t have to do anything but be home for final inspections which went perfectly. Even the building and electrical inspectors praised the install. Carlos and Armando were our installers and worked hard for 2 days installing 3 large aluminum shutter assemblies on our lanai openings. They were very knowledgeable, explained everything they were doing and gave a lot of tips on how to operate the motors and things to look out for like obstacles and insect nests, etc. their craftsmanship was perfect. Everything is tight and level. They even opened up my soffits to get the boxes up and out of sight then custom cut the soffit panels to fit the boxes perfectly. They were even able to not disturb the govee led lights that ran along one of the facia ends. We are beyond happy with everything! Can’t recommend shutters239 enough to protect your home!

Such an easy experience working with Shutters239. Dave came all the way out to Naples to give me a quote on a weekend for 3 shutters and beat all the other quotes I had. No high pressure sales tactics and quality work from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Excellent company!! They walk you through every step in the process and explain every option to you upfront. While it did take about 2 months to have our hurricane shutters manufactured and installed, they were done in the exact time frame and on the day they scheduled from the beginning! NOTHING came as a surprise like I’ve had with other companies! Great quality work! Every employee, from sales to scheduling to the guys in the field installing our shutters, were great and knew their job. I highly recommend Shutters239! Just make sure you park in the spots in front of their business and not the one without a sign if you stop in to visit them.

We just moved to the Ft. Meyers area and didn't know a soul. I asked our real estate agent if he knew of anyone who could help us with some kitchen/bath renovations. We replaced all of our cabinets, added a pantry, replaced 2 toilets, installed 3 ceiling fans and did other electrical work that was needed. His prices were extremely reasonable and most important to us, was he was reliable and was here until the work was completed.
