Referred to Nick by Hi-Tide Lifts and couldn't be happier. I had an elevator
lift which needed to be removed, and Phoenix/Nick was prompt and professional. He removed the lift and secured the electrical systems for
a fair price. He even gave me a referral for a boat I needed to sell.

Nick and his team did an awesome job replacing our dock, replacing our retaining wall (a major undertaking since that was leaning badly), steps and designing a landing. He listened to everything we were trying to achieve and had great ideas and suggestions. He coordinated everything with the electrician to have dock lighting installed at the same time. A lot of the work was done while we were up north. He stayed in touch with photos, videos and phone call updates. We are thrilled with the outcome! One more important note, he started and finished when he said he would. I'm finding that to be a rarity in these times. Thank you Phoenix Marine!!!!

Having recently moved to the Cape from "up north", we had never had a sea wall or a boat lift. Fortunately we ran into Nick and Phoenix Marine Construction. Nick has been a wealth of local knowledge and a very reliable person in providing service a canal home needs. He and his team fixed the drainage for our sea wall and soon we will have him put in a new Hi-Tide boat lift with surrounding dock. Phoenix Construction will continue to do well with this type of professional service.

I recently moved to Cape Coral and bought a home that had a boat lift. I am a Realtor and I had the home inspected as well as the lift before purchasing. My inspector advised me that the lift appeared to have never been used however it needed servicing. It had a lot of squeaks and needed greasing. I contacted Nick at Phoenix Marine and much to my surprise Nick can the next day , which was a Friday and serviced my lift. I was totally surprised by how quiet the lift was after Nick greased everything. I was completely satisfied with the work that Nick performed for me.However the next day SaturdayI brought my boat up the canal and as I was lifting it out of the water the lift stopped working.
I called Nick to advise him of what just happened and wanted to see when he could come and check out the problem. Much to my surprise Nick said that he would be there in about 30 minutes and he was. After checking the lift it was determined that a motor seized up probably due to the fact that it was 20 years old and had not been used. Nick advised that it would require a new motor to get the lift functioning again and he suggested that I should replace both motors just to be safe. I advised Nick to get me a price to replace the motors.
Sunday I get a call from Nick and he stated that he had found a used motor in his shop that was the same as the one that I had and that he could come over right away and replace the motor.
I was shocked that this man whom I had just met two days prior was willing to spend his off day repairing my lift.
Nick came and replaced the motor and the lift was working so now I could enjoy taking my boat out. I have to say that Nick is one of the hardest working most responsible and fairly priced individuals that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I have since purchased a new state of the art lift from Nick and I would Highly recommendNick and Phoenix Marine to anyone that owns a boat lift or is thinking of getting one.

Nick called us to help him on a project in Ft. Myers. We own an electrical contracting business (Gault Electric South) Today, Nick stopped by and helped us half of the day so that the customer could get delivery of his boat. I have never seen an owner so dedicated to customer satisfaction.

Terrible charged me $35 to come out knowing they were going to give me a very high quote. Sales people would not negotiate and offered in the contract things I do not need, saying they were free of charge. Total waste of time.

I had a window installed last week. The boss of the job left, leaving his two workers to finish up. Neither spoke English. The did a poor job cleaning up the pavers outside the window. The window is hard to open or lock. No one has shown up a week later for a final inspection. No one will return my calls. Poor service.
