Using Home Depot for our window installation was a HUGE mistake. If we could go back in time I would have done my research and gone with an entirely different company. They showed up late with our beautiful windows slanted on a flat bed truck that was too small. They destroyed our home and pool area - we had to call in a deep cleaner twice that week to help us get everything back in order (never did get our base boards replaced). We had a meeting scheduled with the lead contractor and he was a no show. They now refuse to answer our emails and/or complete the job. We're not sure what to do next. I'm shocked. We've shopped at Home Depot for years. Never again!

Excellent service all around! I ran my electric hurricane shutter down and hit plant pots that I had failed to move causing my shutter to grind to a halt. I checked BBB and read the reviews on Google and liked what I saw. I called before 9am and the gal that answered was helpful and kind and amazingly able to get a hold of her guys who were in my area to contact me. Josh and Rene were at our place within the hour - and one hour later my shutter was up and running. They removed some bent slats and added straps in about 1 hour and all works great. Josh and Rene worked super well together, were pleasant and friendly and explained everything they did. The price was completely fair - in fact, it was better than I was expecting. I certainly will call them again should I have the need.

We had a small issue with our hurricane shutters that Shutters 239 installed last year. We called them at 7 this morning and by 8, Rylee, Dave, & Alex arrived at our home and issue was solved! With Hurricane Milton possibly heading in our direction, I’m sure they were very busy, but their customer service is THE BEST. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Had my accordion shutters installed on my home and they look fantastic. While the process from the quote to the installation took longer than I had hoped (not their fault, but rather my HOA) I am very pleased with the outcome. Rylee and the office staff was on it every step of the way and the installation guys were professional and quick. The price was also budget friendly.

I was getting quotes for hurricane shutters and a friend suggested Shutters 239 because they had done a repair for her and she was pleased with their work. They were number 4 of 4 quotes I got. From the initial quote by Jud to the install and return to cap the screw holes after the inspection everything was great. Very polite and professional. Communication was great as well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I recently had accordion hurricane shutters put on and everyone I dealt with from the first time I called for a quote to after installation was great to deal with. The two gentlemen who installed the shutters were extremely friendly, professional, and did a great job.

Sam and his assistant came to our house on time and quickly fixed our large storm shade that was not working correctly. They explained what they were doing and also educated us on how the shade functions and what we can do to help maintain it properly. They were terrific and I would highly recommend them and Shutters239 to anyone looking to have them install or fix existing storm shades.

I highly recommend Shutters239. They recently came out and put in all new anchors and attachments for some older shutters. Most other shutter companies only want to sell you a whole new system. Since we already have the shutters themselves, the job was mostly labor and got finished faster than expected. Instead of billing for the entire estimate, they only charge accordingly for the labor hours. It is a breath of fresh air to work with an honest company. I own a local home watch company and will be referring them to Anyone that needs anything shutter related going forward.

The staff and installers are AMAZING! So friendly and professional during the entire process. We want to thank Joe Schoonover his company for a job well done, from meet and greet, measuring, permit process, installing electric roll up shutters on our lani over 3 oversized sliding doors, and the decorative bahama shutters on the front of our home. This company did an impressive job! Joe came out and spoke to my husband, who had already had 3 other companies come out to give us an estimate for accordion hurricane shutters. My husband could tell right away that Joe's professionalism and knowledge was better than the others. The installers were here yesterday and did great. They explained the details before they began and got to work. They worked quickly, were organized and cleaned up when they finished. They even took our original shutters to donate to Habitat for Humanity. Everyone we interacted with in person and on the phone were extremely courteous, pleasant and patient. Being new to the area, we really appreciated not being talked down to and having the details explained to us. Also, their pricing is very competitive. Call Shutters239, you won't be sorry! Shutters 239 installed some lexicon shutters over my glass block windows. They did a great job installing the items cleaning up and with their customer service. Nice job Shutters 239. You have my recommendation.

About four years ago we chose Shutters 239 to install hurricane shutters on our unit. We are 8th floor with 270 degrees of exposure. When the first shutters were installed we were more than pleased with the craftsmanship and their crews. They use only their own crews, no contractors. They did a great job.

Our shutters had a little damage from Ian, I might add they are the Kevlar fabric and I was anticipating a lot of damage. We had to replace 2 of the six panels. Estimates were that on the SW corner, winds may have hit 170mph or more for the better part of 7 hours. Shutters 239 was out within two weeks to inspect the shutters and they were repaired with a couple of months (the shutters are over 28 feet wide and had to be custom made)

Just last week one of our shutters fouled where it comes off the roller. I called 239 and within an hour the repair was scheduled and today, six days later the shutter was repaired. Not only that, but the crew checked the other five shutters and serviced them. This was not on the service order, they said while they were there they would service them.

We have a friend watching our condo and she called me after the technicians left. She went on and on about how professional, friendly and thorough they were. She said she wished she could get workers like the two young men that were doing our service.

I cannot more highly recommend Shutters 239. Their owner and their crews are a refreshing change from many service providers in SW Florida.

I contacted Shutters 239 to ask for a quote for a hurricane shutter for my garage door. They were among many companies I contacted. Immediately I received a visit to get my quote. The company worked with me to give me the style of shutter I wanted and even worked with me to give me a competitive quote that worked within my budget. I was initially given an install date of 4-8 weeks. I was called three weeks early by Shutters 239 because my shutters were ready for install. They came by right away and installed the shutters. The four gentlemen that came to my house were very professional. They did the job quickly, efficiently, and to my satisfaction. When they were done, they took the time to give me a demonstration of how the shutters work. They also took the time to clean up even, hosing down what little dust they created. All in all, Shutters 239 did a wonderful job for me. I recommend them highly.

Just had Hurricane shutters installed. Wonderful customer service and the installers, Mike and Michael, went above and beyond to ensure installation was completed and I was able to open and close the shutters on my own. The install took a little longer, but Mike and Michael were patient and completed the job to perfection!

Workers were easy to deal with and the project passed inspection.
Workers needed to go over grounds area to pick up screws etc as I picked up a screw in the rear side wall and had to purchase a new tire.
