We used Sandro, Very Professional, Trustworthy from Prime Home Construction, & Custom Cabinets for a kitchen remodel and we added a wet bar/mini kitchen in a loft area off our rooftop deck. We had an amazing experience working with our project manager and his dedicated team of contractors on our kitchen remodel and loft bathroom. From start to finish it was an extremely pleasant and stress-free experience. This company designed both kitchen and bathroom spaces and offered design additional ideas that we would have never even thought of!

Their experience and design expertise really pay off when we ran into some unexpected issues as every project does. Communication was excellent and the final product was beyond our expectations and came in at the very reasonable budgeted amount. They handle everything from design, permits, custom cabinets and countertops, to the installation and finish work. They really pay attention to the details both large and small. Very disappointed. I had carpet installed in my house a few weeks ago and at 1st I was very happy and it looked good although from the beginning I was concerned with the seams. I thought perhaps after I vacuum them they would look OK. That is not the case and I notice these horrible seems on a daily basis and receive comments from family and friends about the noticeable seams

The seams were placed In high traffic areas where they should not be, they are crooked, they are unven and they are very noticeable. I was very much looking forward to enjoying the look of new carpet and now every time I walk in an area where the seams are I am upset and disappointed

The installers arrived with a man that appeared to know what he was doing, his wife and their adult child. The 1st day of install they were in my home until almost 9:00 p.m. and the 2nd and final day they were rushed to go start a new job. I am sure these factors lead to the poor quality of the seams

I would like to add that the team was very careful with my furniture and did not damage anything and there is very little touch up paint needed

No one from tropic floors contacted me after the install was complete to see if I was happy with the project. When they installers finished I had to sign a form approving the job and I regret not taking the time to really look at the project and signing this form

In fairness I have not reached out to tropic floors as I feel strong they should have reached out to me to check on the work

I contemplated this project for quite some time and had very competitive bids from other companies as well and I regret using tropic floors. I believe the seams In the very near future as well as throughout the life of the carpet are going to cause me problems

Very professional service and installation. Mike made the selection process painless and helped us focus in on the best choice for our application. The installers worked hard and were true craftsmen. Couldn't be happier with the final product.

I was totally satisfied with my whole experience. There was no heavy sales pitch. I wanted the great deal from the newspaper ad and I got it! Excellent price, good carpets and quick service. The installers went beyond what I expected as far as helping to move furniture and cleaning up besides doing an excellent job.

Very good people to deal with. Price was way lower then other Floor stores in the area. Contractors who installed the floor were professional and did an outstanding job. I was impressed with the work they did laying the floor and attention to detail. We highly recommend them. Great job!

I can't believe how good my tile floors look! I am amazed!! The guys were thorough, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely have Tropic Floors lay tile in my house again.

Do not use this company! They did our LR/DR floor and 2 weeks later a plank started to crack and a raised area(maybe nailhead or debris)appeared under another. Mario sent a rep who agreed replacement needed in these 2 separate areas. After several calls and certified mail requesting to remedy this situation, Mario refuses to take care of it. No extra flooring product was left with us.

Job well done! Totally pleased with our repair. They showed up on time and worked hard .Thanks to Mike too for getting us all set up and sending his crew when he promised.

Great company to work with! Mike was very patient in helping me pick tile for our condo and the company went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted. Love the new tile and will be back to this company when I am ready for another project.

Outstanding from beginning to end! Upon entering the shop, Mario acknowledged me and offered any assistance I needed. Mario allowed me to look around and then answered all of my questions. Lyell and Lee installed my purchase. Lyell and Lee were very courteous and conscientious while in my home. I could not have had a better experience throughout the whole process. Outstanding crew - METICULOUS!

Love the new LVP flooring - such an incredible upgrade to the home. It's much easier on the feet and so much quieter than the builder's hard tile.

Had 2 bedrooms completed & would give the 2 men 10 stars. Very polite, listened to a Christian station with beautiful music while working. I would suggest however to call day before to remind customer of estimated time to expect workers. They are fantastic, reasonable & professional.
