With the recent weather we have been having in SW Florida I my older property had sprung a leak in the stucco and cement leading to water intrusion in my home and resultant mold growth. I tried reaching out to several remediation companies and either got no reply or was quoted an astronomical amount of money for a little bit of work. I finally found MoldRF and was pleased with then charging a third of the amount of the other guys and working with me on scheduling very closely.

Their team was very professional, clean, and helpful. Veronica has been very attentive and helpful in answering questions regarding payment and the process. The team sent to my place were knowledgeable and helped me understand what I need to do for repairs post removal. *Note, this team does not do repairs in the same visit, just the demolition and clean up*

Choosing Sam as my contractor was one of my best decisions ever.
I can not say enough about how conscientious and caring he was through the process. His goal was to make sure I was happy with the work at every step. He went above and beyond at every step and his pricing was fair and reasonable.
Ryan was also amazing and did stellar work.
After my home flooded and remediation done, I got 5 bids. It’s not fun to have to rebuild after a flood but have them as my contractor was my one redemption knowing all would be alright.
Sam also has amazing taste and attention to detail.

After Hurricane Ian hit us in SWFL, we went thru cleanup, insurance problems and unorganized contractors. Then, Huber, Sam and their crew came recommended. We have been so happy with them rebuilding our lifestyle and Cabana pool house building. They are within a day or so of completion on this project. And with how easy and professional with quality work they have our high recommendations.. I have been around the construction business for 30 years. They are that good, licensed and insured!!

Fantastic contractor! Keeps customers updated the entire time & shows up on time. Handled extensive work for us after Ian & we couldn’t be more pleased. 2 complete baths, kitchen, flooring, plumbing, electrical. They handled everything & arranged subs when necessary.

Chris and Tyler painted our exterior woodwork and stained our deck. Unlike some outfits that do a slapdash job, did took a lot of time to do the job right. We’re quite pleased with the results and the house looks great.
