Excellent timely and very thorough inspection. Chandler combed over every inch of this home and provided a detailed explanation and report of his findings. Included was the use of a drone, moisture and inferred detection and a complete interior breathable air quality analysis. I’ve used a lot of inspectors over the years and none have been as thorough.

I Highly recommend Brick and Mortar Home inspections, Chandler is a licensed home inspector, extremely helpful and responsive, which is impossible to find from services these days. After recently contacting him after hurricane Milton, he was able to get on Sanibel Island for a much needed damage inspection and was able to make it on Island the day they open the Causeway. After they do an inspection you will receive a very detailed and professional inspection report with photos to includes recommendations. I was also surprised to see many infrared flare camera photos that will show any hidden issues or water damage you cannot see with the naked eye, they also offer aerial drone inspection of roofs, which is a huge bonus. Not being a full-time resident can extremely stressful after each hurricane and getting someone to show up quickly is impossible and why I will be using Chandler and Brick and Mortar inspections indefinitely.
