Chandler did a great job with our home inspection! He was able to identify critical areas needing to be addressed by the seller of the house which are currently being fixed. Chandler was fifteen minutes early and already had dozens of exterior pictures of the house taken before I got there. He was professional, friendly and very thorough in his inspection. I received the inspection report promptly and it was nearly 80 pages of detailed information that I was able to forward to Lennar to ensure the house is in the best shape possible before I close. I read several different reviews of home inspection companies in the Labelle area and from those I decided to call Chandler at Brick and Mortar. I’m definitely glad I did as his work was excellent.

I had a short timeline to get the inspection done for my insurance company and he was able to do the inspection later the next day. He showed up when he said he would and got right to work. He was able to get me the report later that night so I was able to submit it to my insurance company the next morning. His report was well prepared and complimented on by my insurance company.

Chandler was very polite and professional! I did not know what to expect considering it was my first time contracting an inspector and i was hoping i chose the right company and i definitely did! My wife and I live in the Midwest and had a house built in Florida. Not being able to be there all the time to check on the progress is very worrisome. We flew into Fort Myers for a walkthrough of the house but hired Brick and Mortar home inspections to walk through prior to our arrival. Chandler is very knowledgeable of how things are built in Florida and what is code and what is required and just what is good craftsmanship. Chandler did a very thorough inspection of our new home and made a list and took pictures of all the punch list items that needed to be addressed prior to closing. Chandler and Presta so much we hired him to go back after the construction manager told us the punch list was completed again we were 1500 miles away and could not check the contractors work. Chandler went back to our new home, and checked everything out. My wife and I are now very confident that our home is in good condition and we have no reservations about closing.
