Had Tesla home charging station placed today. Can’t believe how helpful and professional this gentleman was. Very much appreciate their help, highly recommend!!! Also, promote Laz Reyes immediately. He is fantastic.

I'm so happy with the service from Beattie. First off Beattie built my home and it's absolutely wonderful and today we upgraded our lanai fan. Scheduling was extremely easy. I had excellent customer service and responsiveness. Shiloh came out to wire my new fan. He was so friendly and professional and did an outstanding job! Thanks everyone!

The company was great to work with. They were organized, on time and very knowledgeable. We asked for a quote on repiping and after examining our home they informed us we did not need to have it repiped. How is that for honesty! We will definitely use them when we have plumbing issues.

Laz Reyes was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He provided an honest assessment of our AC and house fan questions. Then went beyond to look at an electrical issue we’ve had for a long time and provided great service. We will definitely ask for him in the future.

These guys were very professional. It was a Friday night after 6:00 p.m. and they did not rush through the job. Nick and his associate made sure the job was done and done right! They completely explained every step of their process. I truly appreciate their professionalism and willingness to take their time on Friday, July 5th, a long holiday weekend. My compliments to them and their management.

We had a plumbing issue. Sarah set up an appt within 3 business days. There were text communications at every stage confirming times when the plumber was on his way and when he finished his repair. Bobby completed the repair quickly at a reasonable cost. We can't say enough how pleased we are with the service we received

We were awakend at 7:30 that they were ready to finish installing and testing. Told power would be off for an hour or so. We waited without power to make a cup of coffee and some breakfast for 3 hours, finally went to drive through for breakfast
After 4 hours finally done. They need to be better at telling the customer what will happen. Also provided photos of the equipment but not the generator panel with the model and serial number to connect to the app. Very friendly and seemed to do a good job with the final installing.

I called to have a Tesla wall charger installed and they sent Lazaro and his father out almost immediately. I never expected same day service. The install went quick and was done cleanly. Both guys were friendly and respectful. Great service!

As always anytime we call Beattie Home Services they do a top notch job. We can always count on their experience and expertise which was really needed when we ordered a new toilet online. When we removed the old toilet, there was a need for an expert before the new could be installed. They were able to get us someone within a few days (we called on Friday and they came on Monday)… Fixed the problem, installed the new toilet and had it working within the hour. It’s great to have a company you can count on.

Laz did an excellent job providing an estimate for the repairs at a home we were looking at. He was extremely thorough and pointed out small and large features that would need attention. Very professional and reasonable with the estimates and extremely knowledgeable. We have used this company before and highly recommend them.

Alrhough I felt my last experience (installation of garbage disposal) was five star, this one left me unhappy. The technician did the requested work (replace bottom wax seal under toilet), but I felt the final result was not visually pleasing. He did not sufficiently clean up the toilet or floor around it and, in the end, I've had to go buy grout and remove the old grout, etc. For the amount I paid, I would have expected a 'good looking' result. 😩

I am so thankful for Beattie/Bergau Plumbing! We had an emergent need for plumbing repairs. The woman who took my call and did the scheduling was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to schedule Gene to our home within 2 hours! He fixed the water line break and we were able to have our water turned back on same day. I am impressed by their genuine interest in helping and providing a high quality service. Thank you!

We had Bergau out for a second job and we were just as pleased! Gino was here for both our jobs (dock water install, lanai shower install and interior house faucet repairs/installation). He was super knowledgeable, helpful and professional; he’s a great plumber and enjoyable to work with.
We already know we will be using Bergau for our next plumbing project!!
Making an edit to my review because we just had Bergau Plumbing out for a third time. They are my go-to people for my plumbing job. Gino came even though the whole area is prepping for a storm. Everyone I have met through Bergau has been so very knowledgeable and honest. I really value how they have helped over the past couple years. Now, I have a hot water heater replacement and bathroom fixtures to install that are next on my list and I’m sure they will be back again!!

I had a leaky bathtub faucet and called Bergau plumbing on 9/16/24. They sent technician Mike to my home within a cpuple of hours. It was an old faucet set and he didn't have the part needed to fix it, however,
he reached out to the office and sent them photos of the faucet. The part was received at the office soon after and they called to let me know Mike would be at my house today, 9/17 to fix. I have always had very prompt service from Bergau, and everyone I have spoken to at their office and the technicians who have been to my home were very pleasant and gracious. They provide great customer sevice! Thanks Bergau Home & Commercial Services, Well done!

Let me start by saying, I was in a jam, I needed a situation handled, I live out of state, I have a property in Florida, I hired a not so trustworthy contractor (which I found out to late into the project,) and was left with a bad situation. Not knowing anyone or company in Florida, I searched for a plumbing company. I did a google search & found Beattie Home Services. From the first minute of my conversation with Beattie , I explained my problem, and to my surprise they were very eager to help me solve my problems. Very professional. Of course I was a little leary. But felt comfortable with our conversation. Within 48 hrs they scheduled to go to my property, arrived at the time given to me, very organized, called me to discuss their findings. And what it would take to get me to code. I gave them the job. Again within 48 hrs I was scheduled for the repair, they handled all the permits and inspections.

Being an owner of two businesses, I was very IMPRESSED with everything they did for me. Service , Quality & Professionalism. They followed through with everything they discussed. ON TIME. Cam , their service tech called prior to arrival , completed the work, called me to let me know job was completed. Scheduled inspection. Etc. Cam did a great , clean , neat job. Their service was impeccable. I was very VERY pleased.

Chris came out last night to check our faulty AC unit. He tried his best to fix the problem. Today he showed up after handling my warranty claim woth the manufactured and bringing the replacement part to fix the issue. Very knowledgeable and responsible. Very competitive priced services and excellent customer service. 👌

My plumber himself was great. His name was Cam. He did a great job was a nice guy came when he said he was going to, but the company itself was definitely disorganized. I had a leaky faucet and it took like three weeks to get it fixed. I wasn’t a great fan of their process. Or the communication from the company. Plus, it was very disappointing to find out that this is not even Bergau, A local company that’s been around for 50 years. It was another company operating on the meet that name.

Gene did a fantastic job replacing our flange and installing the new toilet.
