I’m a builder and contractor in NY. In business for 48 years. My initial thoughts on building a house in Florida were, this is going to get crazy. Their perception of building is not mine. I’m old school and taught by an even older old schooler! I found Frey, because of the model they had. Nothing more. Signed a contract and got ready for hopefully not too bumpy a ride. Well there were a few bumps but nothing like I expected. I came down for my punchlists and luckily my super saw everything and didn’t brush over it. Bottom line. I’ve got a beautiful, well built home and now that the super is out of the picture, dealing with the office staff is a pleasure. There is no perfect home out there and things, even new, sometimes stop working. The office addresses anything that comes up without hesitation or question. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with all our experiences with this builder. We all work hard and try to fo our best. In closing. Give respect and have understanding or you will not get that reciprocated!

My husband and I visited numerous model homes and interviewed many different builders in the Cape Coral area.
First impressions are very important. We initially met Sales Director, Niska Gazlay at Frey & Son. Niska was professional, knowledgeable, responsive and fun to work with beginning with our initial model visit and throughout the sales process. We felt very comfortable with Frey & Son because of Niska and all the wonderful staff at Frey including Kelly, Angela and Natalie. Everyone spent as much time as we needed, working with us to make changes to the base model to create the exact home that we wanted. Their answer was never "no we can't do that" and they always found a way to make it happen within our budget. Throughout our selection process, we had the opportunity to meet with several lenders and vendors who all were very complimentary of Frey & Son.
Although we are early in our building process, we have had a wonderful experience so far with Frey & Son because of the Frey employees that we have had the pleasure to work with.

My husband and I had such a great experience working with the whole team. Michael Ouellette was our first contact, his professionalism was what convinced us to go with Frey and Sons. We were so pleased to find that professional treatment carried through the entire staff of people we dealt with with our project. They returned calls, addressed every concern, and took the time to be sure we were always satisfied. We love our new home!!

The warranty service has been outstanding, with everything taken care of promptly and professionally. Even their subs have been easy to work with and went above and beyond to resolve our issues.

Frey & Son built our dream home in Cape Coral and we can’t recommend them highly enough. The entire process from initial sales discussions to post-close warranty work was fabulous. The entire build process took a little over a year and went extremely smoothly. Our foreman, Brian, had incredible attention to details and built our house as if it was his own. Model. From the start, our sales professional helped make sure we had the perfect location and house placement. We felt secure and confident in their industry longevity, financial stability and their commitment to the Customer .
Frey&Son stand’s behind their product and they use only high -quality materials, making us feel that they were not building our house, but our HOME .
Punch-list items were taken care of and Carolyn WASKOVICH the warranty manager was on top of the process and always ending each conversation with “we will take care of it, want you to be happy and satisfied“ . They did and we sure are .

Let me start by saying we are incredibly pleased with our beautiful home by Frey & Son. The home stands out in the neighborhood. Our neighbors tell us they have never seen such a well-constructed home, and they are correct. We have been in our home for 15 months and have no complaints, while some of our neighbors who had Homes built by someone else always complain of issues with their homes. The detail to quality is unmatched inside and out. I have seen other new homes built by different companies, and you couldn't give me one of those other subpar crap boxes. The Frey & Son employees were a pleasure to deal with. You can't find a better builder, period. We love our home!

My Husband and I bought our Lot in Cape Coral three years ago because it is a beautiful city that we instantly fell in love with. Since our primary residence is in Spain, we wanted to build a second home, so over the course of those three years we traveled several times to Cape Coral in search of an honest, reputable, and high-quality builder with a solid name in the area.

We visited many model homes and, through that process, became familiar with several builders. Our priority was quality, but above all, we were looking for a well-established and stable company with many years of experience in the construction market. We did not want to take the risk of working with a new or inexperienced company that might disappear later and leave us with problems. With so many companies in the market today, making the right decision is crucial—even if it takes time. Rushing a decision rarely leads to good results.

After completing our punch list, we would also like to thank Joe who was very kind and efficient in resolving some remaining issues after CO, Rick was also friendly and helpful.

Finally, we would like to thank Berry Frey for being attentive throughout our construction process. And yes, Berry—we absolutely give you a very high note for our home. We are very happy!

If you ask us whether we would choose Frey & Son again, the answer is a resounding YES. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of our home—it is truly beautiful. While it is true that we added many extras, they were absolutely worth it.

A tech from another company attempted to scam me into purchasing a new unit, but Chris took his time in trouble shooting the issue and was able to debunk the former tech’s claim and got my AC up and running again!

It was such a pleasure working with him, and refreshing to know honest and good people do exist. I was so pleased with him that I signed up for the service plan and has been recommending Beattie Home Services to everyone!

as I was walking around in a dazed state of mind, contemplating the extreme damage done to our neighborhood, a bigger problem came when I noticed our electric connection was badly damaged and bent. I am extremely thankful that Ryan and his team came together to make the repair this allowed me to be ready when the electric company restored service. I am extremely grateful for the kindness, the expertise and the prompt nature of his service backed up by the whole team. I recommend them profusely and I hear by express my gratitude for their aiding me in a serious time of need. I feel in them I am extremely fortunate .

Lazaro was very friendly and knowledgeable. He installed my Tesla wall charger with ease in the perfect location. He took time explaining the power load of my newly purchased home. I ended up adding a surge protector, and space for a future generator which was not even on my radar when I woke up this morning! I will definitely be using this company for all of my future electrical needs.

This would have been a 5 star review if he'd completed the services. He was to have installed a bathroom tap too but said it was Friday and he had 1 more call to make. He also dug out around plumbing line, which wasn't necessary and cost me more $. Otherwise, he's a great plumber. Very professional nice guy!

Leo was great, he crawled under the home, which was no easy task, he said he was a little closterfobic in tight spots, he did get it repaired, waited for the glue to set and then turned water back on and bingo all done.

Today Cam returned to complete fixture installation in two bathrooms. After a wait on parts. Once again prompt and professional service! I have used this company for many years. They never disappoint!

Fast, easy service. Called for a quote on a hot water heater and they gave me a price over the phone. Install was next day and went really smooth. Their techs Bob and Jeremy were really professional and the whole process was done in a couple hours. Good company, would recommend.

I was initially intending to request service from a vendor I previously used, but it was so easy to interact with Beattie Home Services’ Website that I decided to continue to interface with it. Also, it was the only one of four companies that I researched where I saw the option to get an estimate prior to requesting service. The process from start to finish was very easy and user-friendly, including being connected to a “live representative” immediately. The cost was clearly explained, and service was provided mere hours after placing my order. I was notified when the technician was enroute, and Gino Pararella was at my door a short time after the notification. He was extremely professional, polite, and a good listener, answering all my questions, and he did not make feel like I was bothering him. He was very easy to be around and he presented as a very kind young man. He did a very good job of installing my new water heater, while taking very good care not to damage my home. Thank you Gino.
