Michael and Jack are great at what they do! Very responsive and knowledgeable. They installed outdoor recessive lighting and a switch and outlet for our patio and also helped install a water heater timer! Great prices too! Would recommend them to anyone needing electrical help..

I highly recommend you find a different electric company. I used this company to fix some damage to my house. I got the estimate, paid 50%, and after the work was complete I paid the other half. At this point it was fine. Then, 6 months later I got a bill for $900 for work that was never approved or completed. Mistakes can happen so I called the first time and the lady tried to tell me I just needed to pay it even though she had no idea what the bill was for. After the bill arrived again I called again and I spoke to the same lady again and she agreed I paid the bill but tried to tell me there was an additional bill. How can a bill show up 6 months after the work was paid in full with no explanation as to what it is for. Clearly an error. The a third bill arrived. This time I sent an email and the error was finally fixed after about 3 months. The attitude that I should pay a billing error is absurd. I will never use this company again.

Top notch experience. NCS recently completed a multitude of projects at our home. From estimate to completion our experience was A+. Employees were very professional and polite. We have used NCS for a few projects, and they have always been great. Yesterday they pulled off a miracle! A routine meter replacement by LCEC found an extreme fire hazard prompting the utility to turn off our power -- indefinitely! One call to NCS and they jumped into action helping to secure an emergency permit and replace the entire meter unit. We had power restored by evening. We had at least seven NCS employees help pull this off -- THANK YOU to you entire team!!! It's a relief to know we could trust you to be fair and professional in an emergency situation where there was no time to shop for a good deal.

Jack and his staff were recommended by not one, but two of my friends. He was flexible with his time to meet for an estimate to wire my new dock and we agreed on the work and signed a contract the same day. Permit pulled in a few days and work scheduled in a week. I discovered NCS Electric almost as soon as I moved to Cape Coral 13 years ago. Every single project they've done for us has been done with exceptional professionalism and, in many cases, a lot of ingenuity. Many times, they've accomplished things others said couldn't be done. For instance, when we hired another company to install our TV over the fireplace (on the opposite side of the room from where the satellite input was), they said it couldn't be done. We asked Jack from NCS Electric, and he immediately said he could come up with at least 3 ways it could be done.
They have installed beautiful landscape lighting, dock lighting, and a fish light in the canal behind our home.

We had NCS install an outlet to connect a portable generator. From the quote to the inspection, the whole process was easy. Mike came out to give us a quote and chatted about a few other future projects we had in mind. He had some great ideas and was able to answer all of our questions. Pricing was fair and he had a quote to us very fast. The office was prompt with filing for a permit to get the work done. The job was completed quickly and the electrician that came out was very professional and worked very cleanly. They communicated with us about the inspection, which also went very smoothly. There were no surprises and no stress. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Called in for an electrical issue with one of our air conditioners; Anthony was on-site within the hour. He got to work right away and resolved our issue, had us back up and running within a couple of hours. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing while staying busy. We had NCS install 24 LED lights in the soffit of the exterior of our home recently. We could not be happier with the quality of their work and how quickly they got it done. From estimate to install, the experience with NCS was excellent. Joe and Devon did an beautiful job on the installation of our lights. They showed up on time, did a walk through to confirm the placement we wanted and Joe always made sure to confirm again that we were pleased with them before he cut the holes for the lights. Joe was a perfectionist and they did the job in one day instead of 2. The lights and the functioning of the dimmer switches are exactly as we had wanted. We would highly recommend NCS electric to our friends and family!

Over a year past Hurricane Ian, our HOA finally received the COE and City permits to replace our destroyed docks. Our HOA had contracted with a different electrician.

Several of us chose to use NCS as they had done work for us before. They arrived on site as promised with the proper amount of crew and equipment and finished the work ahead of schedule. The quality of workmanship is outstanding, and their crews were always professional and supportive. Special kudos to Josh who ran the crew.

The team at NCS did an outstanding job with our dock electrical work. After Hurricane Debby, we faced some mechanical issues from the many hours of waves pounding on the seawall. They promptly addressed and resolved these problems caused by the storm and the significant water surge.
