Mark asked me to give a review on NCS Electric. I must admit I have never given anybody a review in the past. But NCS is worthy of a good review. We have worked with them for the past 4 years in the remodeling of our home. They have been on time, courteous, stuck to their bid and been enjoyable to work with. We would not use another electric company.

Special props out to Mike and family at NCS Electric,. I recently had my service upgraded and could not have been more happier with the outcome. The men were very efficient and they stayed till I was 100% satisfied with the workmanship. If you have any electrical needs at your home or business, I highly recommend NCS electricians. They are located in Cape Coral off of Pine Island Road near Lowe’s.

Best electrician in all of Southwest Florida, bar none. And, I am from the area, grew-up in SWF in a construction family. Professional, fast, quality work and fair prices with no nickel & dime nonsense. Only one I use for New Construction, Service, Marine, etc.

I have amended the poor review below. Very rarely these days can you expect to hear from a company owner personally apologizing for errors made on their end. This owner did and I’m impressed. Had a very sincere discussion with him and as a result I will give them the chance to quote any future work of mine. Much to be said for honest customer service.

Scheduled an appointment to have an outside outlet installed for my new sprinkler system. Scheduled the appointment in the afternoon so that I would only have to take the afternoon off from work. They were no call, no show. When I called the office they had no record of me or the appointment. They wanted me to reschedule to another weekday which would have required I take more time off from work.

I can’t say enough good about NCS! Our electrician was professional, personable and did excellent work! Prompt and courteous. We have used them exclusively since moving to Cape Coral. So do our son and his wife. Don’t hesitate to call!

NCS Electric has always been the most reliable trustworthy and efficient company we know. We recently had them install a huge 72 inch outdoor fan and replace an outdated pot rack with a new lighting fixture. The electrician was friendly and efficient and never cursed once like my husband would have if I made him do it!! Seriously though, he got it done in half the time I expected. They scheduled the job quickly and were flexible with my schedule. Could not recommend them more.

I’ve been a long-time client of NCS Electric and have spent thousands and thousands of dollars with them over the years — for dock electrical work, lighting, and more. Unfortunately, the company has gone downhill.

I had a breaker that kept tripping for over a year. They worked on it repeatedly, billed me each time, and never fixed the issue. I waited for the owner to come out, and when he finally did, they blamed a tender sitting in water, which wasn’t the cause. Despite paying for multiple visits, the real problem was never resolved — and it ultimately took someone else to fix it properly. Since then, the breaker hasn’t tripped once.

To make matters worse, after all that, I received a $250 bill and then an email threatening to file a lien if I didn’t pay. I tried contacting management and supervisors, but no one would return my calls or messages.

I’ve lost time, money, and multiple jet ski batteries, not to mention the frustration. I used to trust this company, but something has seriously changed. Save yourself the headache — I do not recommend NCS Electric anymore.

I had a very pleasant experience with NCS and have for years! Everyone is great from the office to the technicians. Especially the office staff! Wouldn’t want anyone else doing my electrical work. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to get any type of interior or exterior work, especially marine.

My husband and I decided to use NCS Electric for the electricity of our dock. Mike was our point-of contact from beginning to end and we really appreciate his professionalism and accountability to meet our expectations. The job took around 3 full days and then 2 additional 10 minutes follow up visits to make sure everything was perfect. The personnel who did the 3 full days job were really professional, nice, organized and did a great job. The dock looks beautiful and we also love the fish light that Mike agreed to install it for free as a courtesy. Thank you Mike for everything. It was great doing business with you. For sure, we’ll call you for any future project that requires your expertise. I highly recommend NCS Electric!

I had a very positive of experience dealing with NCS Electric. Mike, and all of their staff were accessible to me for questions and open communication. They worked seamlessly with my Boat Lift contractor (Williamson Brothers) so the work got done ahead of schedule without me having to do anything. Their pricing was fair, and their quality of work was very high. They came highly recommended to me and I pass along this same endorsement.

Walking past the breaker box early Saturday morning and “smelled something burning”. Immediately shut off the power. Main breaker seemed to be extremely hot. So, here we are on a weekend trying to figure out who to call / what to do. After several calls to companies that we knew of, without an answer or reply, we chose a random one we saw online, Gault Electric, that advertised 24 hours and was located nearby. Feeling fearful, knowing what kind of help you can end up with in the Keys, but not having a choice, we proceeded. I’m happy, extremely happy, to say we were very lucky!! Gault came over, in a professionally marked truck, within half an hour. Got us up and running, in minutes, until our part came in. Obviously knows his stuff. When the part came in, he was over the same day, at a time convenient for us, completed the work in minutes!!! And, the fee, shocking, a lot less than we expected to pay! Highly recommend Gault!!!

Huge shout out to Mike and Brady at Gault Electric! We had a dead outlet that no one could fix. We had a couple of "electricians" and our handyman try to trace the wires but it wasn't until we called Gault that we had any success. Mike and Brady spent a full day tracing all the possible wires before deciding to tie into an unused breaker in the downstairs panel. They ran the new wiring behind the crown molding, avoiding opening up any walls. The price for their work was beyond fair, they were prompt and personable, and our satisfaction is at the highest level. We would hire Gault Electric again anytime, for any job.

Mike is a rare example of someone who just wants to help. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and kind. He always answers when somone needs help. He shows up on time and when he leaves you feel glad you met him. You will wish that you can find a Mike Gault for all your other projects.

Mike is great! He came out and did a quick inspection of some repairs that were done prior to us being able to move into our new home. He did it on short notice and would not take a dime. He's a gem!

We have used Gault electric for several upgrades and installations at our new home. They did the electric hook up to our home, for our pool, and outdoor building. I had an emergency electrical problem after work on aFriday evening. The previous electrician company I had been using couldn’t send anyone, so I googled and received Gault’s information. Michael answered and came in less than 20 minutes. I was pretty worried and he talked me through everything. He was able to restore my power within an hour properly and safely. He also found some serious issues that the previous electrician had missed that could have caused some major issues to my house. He is extremely knowledgeable and I would 100 % recommend him and will spread the word about his excellent service. I look forward to using Gault Electric South for ALL my electrical needs.
