I discovered Sands Window Cleaning several years ago. Reviews were great so I took a chance, called, scheduled cleaning and haven’t looked back. Wesley is professional, prompt and does an excellent job with our windows. At first I was only going to get the exterior windows cleaned due to not wanting a mess from water inside. After seeing the exterior process and how the windows looked we had the interior cleaned as well. I was thrilled. There was no mess and nothing disturbed. What I love is having no spots or streaks after the windows are cleaned. Being new to the area it has been a challenge finding excellent service providers. Sands Window Cleaning is one of only a few and the only window cleaning company for us.

I like their cleaning rotation system. I feel like each area gets a spring cleaning. They are great with my animals and do a great job cleaning. Any concerns that I have had have been addressed by Shawn. I would recommend them. Taya, Ashley and Nakita did a great job

The M & Ms (Martha and Maura) are the best team I have had to clean for me from The Cleaning Authority. Having been a customer for several years, I found these ladies to be thorough, polite, willing to do a special task requested, and were always on time. They are attentive to detail and work in a timely manner.

The crew that comes to my house is lead by Miranda. She is very competent, pleasant and organized. Christina L and Katya also did a good job. I've had a few different cleaning services and am most satisfied with this one.

I called for a one time cleaning on the vacation home that we own there in the yacht club. I needed it cleaned as we had recently had our bathrooms remodeled and there was some construction dust throughout. We were having guests who are going to be staying in our home for the week. I wanted it perfect. My guests were arriving on Monday so I scheduled the cleaning for Friday. Spoke to Sean who told me he would have 2 people on the job and it would be somewhere between $160-$240 depending on how long they were there. He said they would clean my house on Friday Feb 26 and would be arriving sometime between 2 and 4 pm. I gave him my credit card for payment.

THANK GOD I decided to drive over Friday evening (2.5 hour drive) to lay out the welcome basket that I put together for my guests. I arrived at my house at 9 PM to find NOTHING had been cleaned. Nobody even showed up. And of course no response when I have called multiple times. So I was up all night cleaning and getting the house ready (I had to leave early the next morning to make it back for my son’s baseball game). Call center keeps saying they will have Sean call me but of course he never does.
I would not recommend The Cleaning Authority.
So now they have my credit card / I have no idea if it’s been ran or not. It better not have been!!

I missed my first appointment due to a dr appt and another crew was dispatched quickly for the same day. No hassles, good work.

Jill and Sarah did a great job. They were nice and hard working. Really appreciate it. Thanks! I would give 5 stars if it was part of their job to clean windows and the oven. I find it odd that sliders and ovens are not a part of a deep clean. It makes a huge difference to how clean a house looks when the windows are properly cleaned (not just touched up).

We have used Cleaning Authority now for at least two years and have been pleased with their performance. We were especially satisfied with the work that was done yesterday. The two persons who cleaned our home were very thorough. They worked hard and seemed to go out of their way to show their eagerness to do a good job.

We've been customers for around two years, and continue to be pleased with the service we get. The rare instances where we've felt that a team wasn't living up to Sean's promises, he's been quick to address our concerns and switch us to another team.

Today we had a new crew come to our house. Karen, Jennifer and Jessica did a stellar job of cleaning. They were extremely detail-oriented and made sure that I was satisfied with the service before they left. They were even patient with our dogs, who have a tendency to want to play while the house is being cleaned.

Cleaning Authority has never disappointed me. We have two homes. When in FL cleaning is done every two weeks as my desire. They have a very detailed routine that addresses all needs of the home on a regular cycle. When we leave our home, they come in monthly to do inspection for any irregularities. They have a check list that we approve. The fee is minimal. The owner and manager are most responsive to any of our needs. If there is a special issue or cleaning request outside the normal, they respond promptly and stay in close touch with us until the special issues are resolved and pricing for service remains competitive. Shawn and Mary remain very professional and attentive to our needs. I would have no hesitation to being contacted as a reference. Kathleen M.

I have been using Christian and Carrie Team 2 and they are awesome! I started with The Cleaning Authority in August and tried out some different teams until I found these 2 wonderful girls and I quickly requested them for all my cleaning. They are a great working team and very good with animals. My house looks fantastic when they are done. In fact my daughter now uses them as well.

It was great having Anna and her crew today. My House is clean again and it is great. Missed having them clean, so happy they have some new ladies and hopefully will be able to keep me on their schedule.
