I really enjoy the service I get from this company. Been with them about 4 years. Anytime I have concerns they come pretty quick to address them. Excellent customer service.

I have had Ray cut my lawn for nearly two (2) years. I never had a problem until these past few months with his crew either cutting my lawn way too short (despite telling them repeatedly to keep the blades up) or destroying my sprinkler heads. He must have hired new people for his crew because they are terrible----I just repaired another sprinkler head this past weekend and I walked my property only to find out that nobody weed-wacked. What am I paying for???

Rays lawn service has been mowing my yard for a year now. They do a great job and fix any sprinkler damage with no problems at all. I also hired them to maintain the bushes and trees and I could not be happier. Everything looks,awesome.

I paid for four mowings (one month). He only mowed once. I asked for a partial refund and he ghosted me. They also cut my garden hose.

The best lawn service in the Cape by Far. Very courteous, always on time. I have several properties and they take care of all of them. I can't think of a single complaint. One time i was changing the tire on my truck in the front driveway and one of the guys stopped mowing to come over and help me! If that doesn't say service i don't know what does. After that I had them take care of my trees and hedges too!

After going through 2 lawn service companies I started using Ray. I've been using them for 2 years now. I agree with a couple reviews about the trimming. The edging is good but they continuously trim down to the dirt when trimming, which brings in the weeds. I've reached out several times to retrain them with no changes. Finally, last time I asked the man to leave it the same height as lawn and he obliged. Other than that they do a great job and are responsive. I used their tree service today for the 3rd time and they went above and beyond expectations. The trimming was perfect. They even blew out the landscaping beds after everything was picked up. Very fair pricing too.

Like many of the other reviews...terrible communication. Gave my wife the runaround for 4 months saying he'd have someone come out and fix a giant hole they created when they got a mower stuck for 3 hours. We ended up buying the dirt and sod ourselves and told Ray we'll just call it even for the month. Apparently he doesn't think our time is as valuable as his because he only thought all that work was worth $40 bucks. He then changed up the story and said why would we fix a hole during the rainy season when it could happen again. Well Ray, We’ve never had a hole in the 7 years we’ve lived here so not sure why we need to live with a hole in the yard now and that’s not your call. He damaged my property, he doesn’t get to dictated when and how it gets fixed. I said we'll just part ways and that's when I got email after email of nasty comments. Been a loyal customer for many years. He lost good employees and now it's not the same company. Ray has already threatened to put a nasty response if I decided to post a 1 star review, so I can't wait hear how he'll spin things. Based on all the back and forth responses and threats, you get a good sense of a guy that just can’t admit when he’s wrong. Never a good idea to hire a person that just needs to win at all cost. His motto is the client is never right.

Employees need a few lessons in the customer comes FIRST!! Blocking the isle's with what should be done early or near closing time. Get out of the customers way darn it!!!

Getting worse by the day. They put the wrong price on things ( because they are all day chatting instead of doing their job) then when you going to pay it shows other price then they tell you they just going to honor one off two items because it was a price mistake ( their mistake not mine) . So that’s why people go to other stores because Walmart is getting worse and worse. Not mentioned that you can’t find anything in the shelf’s ( seems they are too busy chatting with each other’s so they don’t have time to do the job ) and everything is messed. And good luck if you don’t speak Spanish I’m witnessed a lady asking for help to find something and the employee tell her “ I don’t speak English and leave . So shameful wat this store comes to.
