They're reliable! So many companies don't show up when they promise, but lawnreaper does. Their prices are reasonable as well. I liked that they would leave notes and drawings for my kids with the sidewalk chalk we leave out.

Lawn Reaper does an amazing job every time they mow my lawn. They are always there on the days they say they will be, and if there is a rain situation they always let me know when they will be there next. I am overall very pleased with the service they provide. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

BEWARE!!! This company’s handling of its recent ownership change has been nothing short of appalling. The original owner sold the business without providing any notice to customers. I only discovered the change when I reached out about services that were left incomplete for the week. Upon contacting the new owner, I was reassured that everything would remain the same. However, those promises were nothing but empty words.

A sprinkler replacement that had already been scheduled was never completed. On top of that, during the next scheduled mow, basic services like trimming and weeding were completely ignored. I tried to be understanding, knowing the business was under transition, but my patience ran out when my follow-up messages and calls went unanswered.

This is a prime example of terrible business management and atrocious customer service. Selling a company without notifying customers shows a complete lack of respect for the people who trusted you. Ignoring calls and failing to fulfill commitments adds insult to injury. I will be following up with the BBB and the Florida licensing department.

If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away from this company.

I hired Lawn Reaper to mow and trim my yard as my work schedule did not allow me the time or the energy to keep everything up. As I was looking through some of the listings for lawn services, I happen to run across Lawn Reaper, which I found quite fascinating and made the call. The gentleman on the other end of the phone took my information and we discussed how they would mow and trim my yard. So I hired them. I will have to say the first day I got home and looked around my yard. It was amazing how good it looked. I would recommend them to anyone because they do a wonderful job.

Lawn Reaper company by Joey is the best choice to get your house looking Great! One call to Joey and he came to my house cut everything that needed to be shaped up. Gave me a great price and he is always there . No excuses he shows up. I wouldn't go anywhere else .

Kyle and his team did an amazing job designing and installing the landscape at my new house. Lawn Reaper was the first to respond to my quote request, first out to my property for an estimate and offered me a very affordable quote with open communication when picking palm trees and flowers. Reliable and dependable!!! I also hired Lawn Reaper for monthly mowing and edging and feel very confident in the service they provide. I highly recommend.

What a headache!
Lawn Reaper charged my card a $180 cancellation fee, and now I’m stuck dealing with the hassle of trying to get that money back.
I canceled service because, in my experience, the quality of their work was subpar and caused damage to my property. It ended up costing me hundreds of dollars in repairs.
The crew they sent to my home wore full face coverings, which made me uncomfortable.
Hiring landscapers should make life easier, not more stressful.
There are plenty of companies out there, I strongly recommend choosing someone else.

Since hiring Lawn Reaper and meeting Joey Mags, our lawn has never looked better. The crew did everything we contracted for and were professional and timely.
