My wife and I built a new home on the Caloosahatchee River here in Cape Coral in May 2012 and after having 3 companies bid on the irrigation and landscaping package, R&R was selected because of their product warrantee and their promised level of stellar Customer Service. It's been 10 months since the landscaping was installed, we have fertilized as requested and there are a number of plants that have died including a tree that is the center of our landscaping infront of our garage which faces the road. R&R said they came and looked at the tree and all that was needed was for the tree to be prunned. Not true. There is a single green leaf on the tip of one limb and all other limbs are dried up and dead. I even had another landscaper come and take a look at the tree and he confirmed that it is dead and needs to be replaced. When I requested them to replace the tree and not just to trim or prune it, they stated that they were not going to replace any of the dead plantings, including the tree because of my demanding request. If I had know their "bait and switch" standard on warrenteeing their product, I would have never worked with them in the beginning. R&R also installed plants where 3 roof angles meet and a huge amount of water pours onto the landscaping there during the rainy season and Darrell their Supervisor said that was an oversight of theirs and their planting selections have died and needed to be replaced and those plants have died as well. R&R was not the lowest of the bids we received but they certainly bamboozled us with thier slick proposal and typical promises that were NEVER delivered to. We spent about $12,000+ with this company and for months now all invoices have been paid in full, thier business ethic comes shinning through. We even have a signed contract stating that these DEAD PLANTS WILL BE REPLACED. Stay away from them, there are other vendors that provide way better support and pricing as well. R&R Landscaping does not compliment this home.

Very professional. Our lawn was in terrible shape until we contacted Mike at R&R Sprinkler & Landscape. Prompt, courteous and very attentive to detail. Would highly recommend them to friends and family.

We purchased 4 bamboo plants @ $90 each which grew 10' tall and about 6 months later another 5. The 2nd 5 never grew & the 1st 4 weren't growing anymore. We had them come out & were to use pesticides. We firmly believe the 2nd 5 were deceased and infected the 1st 4. We contacted them several times; The message I received: What are they supposed to be doing for you? Do you need a price to replace some bamboo?, until FINALLY we received a call from the "owner? supervisor?. At that point, we didn't want any parts of this company!

Took few weeks to get an appointment, but service call was great, on time and complete. Tech explained the issue, replaced part, ran system, made some recommendations and was finished in 30 minutes

We recently purchased a home in Cape Coral, Fl. R&R's sticker was there from the original install in 2002. We called with an issue and they came out on New Year's Eve day and took care of he problem, along with another they pointed out during the original repair. Very courteous, professional, and quick to respond.

These guys are the best. Late Thursday afternoon I noticed that my sprinklers had been running for some time. I couldn't turn them off at the box. I called R & R late in the day and they sent someone out. I had bad solenoids but the city value couldn't be shut off. They got the city out and the valve was replaced. The rest of the system was repaired in two working days.

We had R&R Sprinkler and Landscape coordinate a re-grading of our property.

After having houses built around us at a higher elevation due to more recent building codes, we were in a situation where water would drain off their properties and sit in our back yard. Mike at R&R came out right after being contacted and was very professional and informative about what the best solution would be.

We decided to go with R&R out of the 3 quotes we got, not based on them being the lowest cost, but on the confidence Mike instilled in us on the project, and we did not regret it. The water no longer sits in the back yard, but it flow nicely out to the swale.

After numerous phone calls, somebody FINALLY told me it would take 5-9 days to service my sprinklers. I HAD been a customer for over 15 years. Not any more!!! Sprinkler companies in SW Florida are a dime a dozen. I took my business elsewhere and was very happy with the service and price of my NEW company Bye bye R&R

R&R installed our system 7 years ago and has done maintenance on it every year with no problem until this year. We had a sprinkler get damaged when I called I had to leave a message several times with no call back and than I did talk with someone they took my name and number and said they would call me. It was a week later when they called and another week till they came out. The nice tech said he saw the broken sprinkler would repair it and do a check on the rest. He came back and told me everything looked good and all the areas of the yard were being covered. I questioned him as we have several dry spots that would be dead if my husband wasn't hand watering. He said it was due to the drought to keep hand watering. My husband went around the yard that afternoon and found 5 sprinkler heads that were covered by the lawn. He dug them out and now all is good. I called to speak with a manager but had to leave a message and guess what no call back.

These guys are amazing! Had an issue with my sprinkler valves, Jeff got here within 20 minutes! He fixed the two leaking valves and was out of there in about an hour. Would definitely recommend!

I had used R & R before. I developed a problem in the system where the system continued to run even when turned off. I explained this and the woman who answered to phone told me they were 7 to 10 days out, and they would contact me. It never happened, and after two weeks I gave up and called another company, and they came the next day. Apparently my job wasn't big enough or important enough for R & R. I can't do business with people who promise things and don't follow up.

On January28, 2020 R & R installed a brand new irrigation system. On December 7, 2021 we had a burnt receptacle, burnt cord to the pump motor and burnt pump start relay. We were charged and paid $265.00 to correct these issues. The technician said we needed an electrician to replace the receptacle, they could not do that. When we had an electrician look at it they stated the issue was the motor is a 20 Amp motor. R&R changed to cord from that motor to 15 Amp to fit the receptacle that was existing. This was not legal and against Code; therefore the receptacle burnt up along with the cord and the relay and would continue to do so until the proper size circuit and cord was installed. I immediately called then emailed R&R (received a read receipt) explaining to them what the electrician said. I requested they put the cord back to the proper 20 Amp and refund our $265.00 and we would get an electrician to install the proper circuit. They have refused to answer my phone call and ignored my email.

R & R gave a quote me for work in April
2023 which I promptly accepted. Almost 4 months later, three follow-up emails and 5 telephone calls the work is not done. The response was always the same… “I am very sorry, we will be there next week.”

after having a fence company come in and replace my existing front fence noticed the lawn got really dry. ran test and sprinklers did nt work. called R&R they returned my call same day and a couple days later a person showed up to give me an estimate to fix. he was here about 3o seconds and called me over to show me the issue. wiring had been pulled loose in the box. he fixed in a couple minutes and he tested all 3 zones. first 2 worked great 3rd started and water bubbled up for underground. broken pipe. he dug up immediately and repaired and tested again all zones fixed and working. went to pay him and said no charge he was just there to do the estimate. they are my new go to for sprinklers and landscaping
