I used Serpent Landscaping for about three months. While the lawn mowing itself was decent, the scheduling was very inconsistent, with frequent postponements. Communication was good, but there always seemed to be issues.

The main reason for this one-star review is that the company suddenly informed me mid-month that they would no longer be servicing my lawn due to personal reasons. While I can understand that life happens, stopping service without proper notice after I had already prepaid caused a major inconvenience. I was told I would receive a refund for the two weeks of missed service on the 1st, but that refund never came. At this point, I won’t be chasing them for the money.

If this company is still active, I would strongly recommend spending a little extra and going with a more reliable provider. Although the owner is polite, professionalism means following through on commitments. If you advertise and charge for a service, customers should be able to trust that it will be completed as promised.

Michael is very reliable and always does a great job. He is quick to respond and always communicates if there are changes to his schedule. Highly recommend!

We just had Artistic Visions update our landscape lighting. They did an amazing job. Mike quickly responded to my request for a and suggested design improvements to the system. Mark and his installer implemented the updates perfectly then walked us through the entire installation process. It looks beautiful and is a marked improvement from the original system. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional landscape lighting design that compliments your home.

Update! A year later we had a line that was accidently cut. I called Laura and told her we had a party coming up. She sent out a service repair man almost immediately. Repairs were completed in a timely fashion and at a reasonable price! Outstanding service! Don't go anywhere else...they do it all. Great install and service after!

Update. We just added up and down lighting on our lanai. Professional installation, instruction on use and cleanup. Still a highly recommended company!

I was told by my sister that Mike would give a 20% discount compared to her pricing if I used his services, or she would get some extra lights for her landscape.

I contacted Mike, and would want to have lights in our lanai/pool area. It's a bit in a rush because I wanted it done before my son birthday. Because I was serious, and believed in honous business, I gave him my credit card information while still in communication about how things getting done, and pricing. I asked him to email me the invoice (contract) letting me know what type of lights he would use, and how the process done, and priceing in words. He didn't send me the invoice ( but saying he already discussed with Ken (my son dad) which he did discuss. But Ken also told him to send me the paper, and had me sign if I agreed to do business with him. Mike refused to send me the contract, Instead he charged my credit card immidiately. This made me doubt. Secondly the price he told me through texting was way more than what my sister told me. Way way more, I know I had more lights, but he didn't send me the contract; didn't priced things on papers, I hadn't seen the discount, and he's pushing. All of those made me stepped back. I told him I would wait on this project, and asked him nicely please to return the money back into my account. He refused. He charged the money before sending me the proposal clearly stating what he was going to do, and pricing it clearly on it. But he refused to return the charge, even though we didn't finalize the project yet.

Of course I would file a dispute to my credit card. But I was really in shock that people could think they could steal that big amout of money (3,372.29) like that from someone.

IT IS VERY SCARY the way Mike does business like that. I tried to call their business phone number thinking whoever in charge could help to solve the problem, and Mike was the one answered the call. So I guessed he is also the owner.

My sister will double check her payment to Artistic Visons Landscape Lighting, and will explain more details on here soon.

This happened over a week ago. But I was so busy with work, and planing my son's birthday, also I was hoping he would return the money.

Now I doubt the true of all the good reviews???

I highly recommend artistic visions landscape designs - we were impressed by all the options they gave us and the quality of their equipment. We thought the price was very fair and they made quick work of making both our front yard and back lanai beautiful. We are not techie people, and they made sure that we knew how to work our remote, which was extremely helpful!

Artistic Visions added additional lighting to the first installation a couple of years ago. I was very pleased then and the added lights look beautiful. Kathy’s vision was perfect. The lighting at night looks beautiful. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you to the entire Artistic Visions team.

We had downlights installed on our backyard fence, remote control, ability, infinite number of colors, etc. The lights change the whole feel of the backyard at night.

So we have had landscape lighting done by this company and Chuck did an amazing job getting that installed and now we reached out to have Christmas lighting done and I researched a lighting company that does Christmas lights not realizing that I contacted the same company and Chuck came out and got our Christmas lights installed and it’s been the best thing for us. It’s absolutely amazing. Best company ever we absolutely love them. We recommend them to anybody who is looking for landscape, lighting or Christmas lights
