I recently had the pleasure of working with Healthy Home Maintenance Group and its owner Josh Marts. My roof was cleaned and the entire outside of my home was power washed, including front pavers and pool area. Josh even had his team power wash my pool enclosure. In addition, the team cleaned all my vents to include the laundry vent. Josh personally repaired my stucco cracks to perfection. He supervised his entire team and made sure that they moved all outdoor and indoor furniture back into place. I will soon be calling Healthy Home Maintenance Group agsin to clean and seal my indoor tile, and to sand and seal my pavers. It was a pleasure working with Mr. Marts and his team, as their work is outstanding.

We purchased a two year-old new home in Valencia Bonita about three months ago. My neighbor was kind enough to introduce me to Josh and his team. At first, my husband and I thought we could manage the maintenance around the house ourselves or hire people to do it. We quickly saw Josh‘s work at other neighbors houses and his prices is really couldn’t be beat.

He’s very detailed oriented extremely knowledgeable about all of these houses and their systems. He has a great team - he’s very detailed oriented and the job won’t be done until both. We are happy with it and he’s happy with it! Highly recommend him, he also just a great super nice guy.!
Some of the things he’s already done for us are washing the entire house and roof, ceiling, any cracks in the stucco and repainting, some landscaping, putting in a
AC and furnace sterilizing light, as well as having all the ducks in the house cleaned. Again, highly recommend him.!

I cannot thank Allan enough showing up on Sunday to cut my lawn! Alan with My Buddy Lawn Service did my lawn recently. My mower broke and needed my yard done. I found him on a tag for a Facebook post. He responded quickly and gave me a quick turn around.
