He came out to review the repair for pricing and decided to complete the job same day, with a very fair price! Ray really is reliable and honest. He does what he says. He installed a faucet and changed out my 2 bathtub very oxidized drains. He is very reasonable and gave me instruction on my hose bibs saving me from replacing them.i am making a list of more things for Reliable Raymond to do for me. I am blessed to have found him.

Upon arrival, Raymond seemed visibly frustrated upon discovering that another contractor had already installed a light fixture he had expected to handle. I had additional tasks for him to complete, but he abruptly left the property, citing a $200 minimum charge. While I expressed that I was willing to meet that minimum, his attitude led me to reconsider working with him in the future. I had other areas in the house that required attention, which would have easily fulfilled the $200 minimum. However, this requirement was never mentioned when the appointment was initially scheduled. I have video of the interaction but I think this review is enough. Raymond was very much anything but reliable.

Repaced water heater and improved the plumbing. Called on hlm for 3 different projects, and every time he was on time and fixed what had to be fixed, I think I've made a friend, I will use him for any job in the future.
