The previous owner of my home highly recommended My Pool Experts, and wow—am I glad they did! As a brand-new pool owner in SWF, I had no idea what I was doing. Romel came out and immediately put me at ease. He took the time to walk me through every piece of equipment, explained when it was installed, reviewed the warranty, and showed me exactly how everything worked. His knowledge was incredible, and his willingness to explain everything made a huge difference.

Fast-forward nine months, and I am absolutely thrilled with their service! Romel is always on time, always efficient, and always communicates any schedule changes ahead of time. My pool has never looked better. When it came time to replace the pool pump, he gave me a very fair quote and had it switched out immediately—no delays, no headaches.

What I appreciate most is the honesty. I never get surprise charges, and I’m never told I need something I don’t. Romel is professional, straightforward, warm, and genuinely trustworthy. It’s rare to find service like this these days.

Our tech was great. He not only did a great job, but I found out that you have carpet patching available, which I may need. I have been using your company for 10-15 years, and have never had a bad experience. If a spot wicks up later, you are always right back out there to take care of it. Would never use anyone else.

The guys were on time and very friendly and professional! Our travertine suffered greatly from Hurricane Ian but they managed to make it look new again! The price was fair and I would definitely recommend !

I would highly recommend this service provider. The cleaning exceeded our expectations and the technician who performed this service was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and very efficient. Our carpets are almost white in color and thus the effectiveness of the cleaning was obvious immediately. We have used other carpet cleaning services regularly, in the past and we can say that this is the best we have had.
The price was very fair, in fact outstanding. As we were on an upper floor, in a condo, they had to use a portable machine. The equipment appeared new, compact, quiet and work as well or better than other companies that we have used.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Spoke with Melissa and Christina on Monday about an estimate which was promptly given. Accepted and scheduled for Wed between 12-2. Josh called and was running an hour early. Josh and his team did a phenomenal job start to finish. Highly recommend!

Called and received prompt and courteous service, able to arrange an appointment easily, received good instructions as to how to prepare, received reminder call and call from technician the morning of the appointment. I had mysterious water come into my son’s room. One call to captain steamer told them what happened they sent someone out same day and started removing carpet, running water tests, spraying for any possible mold, sealing off rooms and drying out the room. I could not be more pleased with everyone that works with and for Captain Steamer. They went above and beyond to make sure my son’s room was safe. I am beyond grateful for the hard work and amazing service this company is a 10+ star company.

I've recommended this company several times before I could even get my own review out, lol! I used Captain Steamer back in April of 2023 when I closed on the purchase of my town home. At the time, I was renting and living below some unbelievably noisy and inconsiderate neighbors. We wanted to move into our new home like immediately but we also wanted to have the place cleaned while the house was empty. Initially when I called they were booked like 2 weeks out. Once I expressed my reasoning, the team and workers were able to make it work and get my place cleaned THAT DAY. I was incredibly grateful. The job came out great, 10/10. I recommend them to everyone now and will be using them annually. This company CARES about their customers.
