Captain Steamer was a great discovery for us. Stephen & Marcus did an amazing job on pet trodden rugs. The difference was remarkable. I thought I had to buy new ones, they were so bad.

We had two rooms of carpet and all tiled floors cleaned by Matt and Marcus at our Estero home this morning. They did a wonderful job of refreshing our floors and were upfront about the expected results as our carpets were not in great shape. However, after they were finished, the floors looked like new. In addition, they were both very professional and affable. Even wore booties without being asked. Would highly recommend Captain Steamer.

Now I understand all the 5 star reviews. Stephen and Marcus came out to clean our sofas. Very efficient, professional, courteous and prompt. First time using this company, certainly won’t be the last. Sofas look great again.

They are always able to schedule quickly and I've never been Disappointed. William was friendly and did an awesome job. July 2022: used again, very happy. They even cleaned my sofa which was a mess, but they were willing to try and it came out great. And, they came 20 minutes after I called! So never assume it will take too long to schedule. They often come quickly. I am so happy to have a company like this to call, knowing it will always work out.

I highly recommend Captain Steamer and professional technician Kirk. My home flooded from Milton with 3 inches of mud and was rebuilt inside with lots of drywall mud and paint on the floors. Kirk totally cleaned the floor and grout back to original condition and they look beautiful.

Captain Steamer came out to clean all our tile floors and furniture upholstery. They did a Fantastic job! They were friendly, professional, worked quickly and had everything looking like new, I highly recommend them!

All I can tell you is that Rudy and partner did a absolutely phenomenal job. After a little bit of an issue he came out of his way to correct the problem. Most companies would not do that. Now that is great customer service. I can highly recommend Captain Stevens to anybody looking for tile and carpet services. This company should be proud to have an employee like Rudy. We've had our carpets cleaned by Captain Steamer for many years and have been very satisfied with their service. They are easy people to do business with, the results are very good and their prices are fair. Rudy is the one who usually comes out to do the work for us. He's great. We'd suggest you ask for him - we always will.

Rudy came out today and cleaned two of our rugs for us. He was prompt and very courteous. He went out of his way to make sure he had done everything that we asked for, plus more. This is the 2nd time we've had Captain Steamer come out and clean rugs and I'm sure it won't be the last. Great service!

First time using Captain Steamers, who was recommended by a friend. They came and cleaned our tile and grout today in our whole house and did an excellent job. We highly recommend Matt who came and did the job. He explained everything to us and was not only professional, but friendly and very knowledgeable. These guys are fantastic. They came to our home to clean our upholstery and rugs. They look amazing. Kirk was very polite and professional. The price was reasonable. We are new to Cape Coral and learning who to call and who not to call!!! These guys are on our call list for sure!!!!!

I would say be very careful with this company. They did not do it right the first time and I had orange stripes in my carpet. They came back to do my home and did it correctly the second time. But I found they used my water to do it the second time. So hoping the water bill is not outrageous. Make sure they bring their own water supply and are not hooking up to yours. I have used them prior years and was satisfied. I am not sure I will use them again.

They arrived on schedule and efficiently completed the task at hand. Their services are highly recommended.

Did a GREAT job steam cleaning the couch - took away all the dirt and marks from my dogs! Also helped get bad red wine stain out. A+ Rating!!
