On the advice of a Persian area rug collector in Gatlinburg, TN, we contacted Oriental Rug Salon about cleaning our 100+-year-old Persian Tabriz area rug. Feeling confident that they had experience and knowledge in Persian textiles, we shipped our rug to their facility for care. Upon receipt of our Tabriz, they contacted us to confirm receipt, and after e-mailing us pictures of our rug, they began their magic. After two weeks, our rug was ready to come home, and upon receipt, we were ecstatic with the results. A pet stain that survived a previous cleaning by another rug cleaning company was completely gone! Our rug looks beautiful, and we couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend Oriental Rug Salon, and even though they are out of state (we are in TN), we’re so happy for the referral, and they have our rug cleaning business for life!

Received excellent service from dropping off my rug, getting an appraisal, estimate and delivery. John delivered the rug going up three flights of steps, helped move furniture, put down rug pad, trimmed pad and moved furniture back. I've had rugs cleaned in Minnesota and found Oriental Rug Cleaning to have better service at a reasonable price.

This place is awesome! My daughter's cat ruined my rug with his claws, but I took it here and they repaired it so that you can't even tell. They shampooed the rug and treated it for moths. It's looks brand new. Very reasonable price. Very communicative--they sent me images of the moth infestation and a very quick estimate and it was ready very quickly. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Amazing work. I was gifted a rug from my family that was very old and had been my great grandmothers. It had not been taken very good care but after the cleaning it was so vibrant and full of life! I can't thank Oriental Rug Salon enough, they have compleltey transformed our living area and more importantly saved a family heirloom to hopefully continue standing the test of time. I will be using them again in the future should we ever need another cleaning and will highly reccommend them to anyone with a rug or carpet that needs to be professionally cleaned.

This team was fantastic! They cleaned the screens, for all of the “suction cup” rings on our lanai doors. Very professional, meticulous, and speedy! We will definitely be hiring them again😀 Too notch!

Great family company that's very hard working and professional. The results on my roof, chimney and driveway were immediate and amazing . I will definitely be referring them and using them when the need arises.

UC Results power/pressure washed my driveway, outdoor blocks, and pool deck and did a terrific job. I would recommend them to anyone as they were very organized and thorough and the results were fantastic.
