We have used Aqua Brothers since our pool was resurfaced in Sept 2022. He has been outstanding. Pool has always been crystal clear and he is very prompt. Had a few pool guys in the past and was hoping for a different experience and working with Jamie has been refreshing.

I have been using Jamie and his crew since August 2023 . They have been amazing! Customer service, respect for personal property, commitment to schedule etc. is top notch! Great communication and very personable! Absolutely love our weekly photo we get in our email of our pool, as we are not full time residents. Thank you!

Jaime does a wonderful job taking care of two of our pools that we have in Florida which we use for our enjoyment and as Airbnb houses. We live in Ohio, so it’s a wonderful peace of mine, knowing that we can always call him with any issues and he will run over and either take care of it or get some one who does service work and they will take care of any issues we have. The pool is always cleaned wonderfully and he always takes a picture and sends it to us when he is finished. He never misses a cleaning!

We have been exceedingly pleased with the pool services we have been receiving from Aqua Brothers for more than a year now. The communication via weekly emails with a photo of the pool and the service(s) and chemicals added is something we didn’t get with our previous company and we appreciate it, especially when we are out of town. Additionally, Jaimie is excellent about communicating via email any route changes or holiday scheduling adjustments that need to be made well in advance. Even in the event of a change to our schedule, he never misses a week of pool service. If he is unable to be here, one of his other technicians is. Our pool looks great and it is clear, no pun intended, that Jaimie takes great pride in running a top notch pool service! With full disclosure, he is also our neighbor. Sometimes entering into a professional relationship with a friend/neighbor may get complicated. Not so in this situation. He keeps the business of caring for our pool a continued top priority, while also being a nice neighbor. Win Win!

Thank you to Aqua Brothers for going above and beyond for my 85-year-old father Norman and his pool. After a horrible experience with a different pool service, we hired to clean a pool that sat for 2 years after Ian. Aqua Brothers, Jamie, Came in and saved the day. He worked with us, gave us fair quotes, outlined the scope of work, and did what they said they would do. The pool looks great, and the equipment is up-to-date. Best of all my dad is very happy.
