On time, professional, VERY informative about his process and gave helpful tips on tile care I had NO idea about. He spent time explaining other options to make tile look even better. He did my entire home and it looks amazing.

We were considering laying new tile in master bath because we just couldn't get the floor clean. Bill was wonderful and he did a great job. Our tiles and grout look wonderful now. We were also given some tips on what to do and not to do to clean grout. Very helpful. I would definitely recommend to friends.
