I just recently started using pool perfection on July 21 on a Saturday I call Darren and explain my situation regarding my pool I had some spots on the floor of the pool and algae All over the pool He asked me a few more questions and I really did not expect him to go there the same day but he squeeze me in his schedule In a few hours later he was at my home He looked at the situation he tested the waters and some chemicals in there and to make a long story short my pool haven’t looked this beautiful in a long time clear crystal water great smell refreshing Great work Darren thank you

I would NOT recommend this company! Had them for about a year and could not get rid of algae that was getting worse. Decided to get somebody else and he threaten me on my e-mail. My pool timer was bent an pool screen cut. Had to file a police report. He should not be business!

To lazy to remove the pooL VACUME it was left in my pool for MONTHS! Then when asked them to remove it .... it was put behind a pot on my lani !!! What an eyesore!
Billing problems repeat invoices sent. Paid him for benefit of doubt THEN says we never paid.
Very unprofessional. Needs to keep better records. I DO NOT RECOMEND.

Short version? Unproffesional, rude, complete scam.
Terrible service, if I could give 0 stars I would. They show up when they please and do a very rushed incomplete job, he never puts chemicals in until my pool is green and disgusting and then blames it on me when he let the algae get out of control in the first place, they have no people skills and are very rude, half the time my pool is in unusable condition. They don't answer questions, and when I got a second opinion I found out they were lying and trying to scam me for services and chemicals I didn't need. A waste of my money, I would not recommend and you could honestly do a better job if you just did it yourself instead of hiring them at least you won't have to deal with their terrible manners.

When we first contracted with pool perfection , they were great. After a while I noticed that weeks were being skipped . After 3 weeks of no-one coming we called to cancel their service. Never heard back from them. Too bad cause we liked them in the beginning.

Darren is very knowledgeable and personable. He answers questions and addresses any concerns immediately. He has a regular schedule so I know when to unlock my gates. I highly recommend this service.

They are professionals, polite and considerate. I had problems with my keeping my pool balanced and they not only found the problem, but fixed it. I would highly recommend them for not only private homes but also rental homes. I can't say enough good things about my experience with them.

This pool company treated the pool of which I rented. The pool man was very rude and condescending to me came anytime he felt like and when I ask him questions of what he was doing he said it was none of my concern. Even though I was only a renter it was still my pool I was paying for it which in turn I was paying for him to be there. I put my review up months ago but my property management company threaten me to take it down until my lease was up and they said when my lease was up I could put my review back out so here's my review don't use this company if your renter you are treated poorly as if you don't matter also he let my pool turn green on multiple occasions citing that there were too many people using the pool that it wasn't a public pool even though the owners knew how many people were renting the home and how many people were using the Home this was the jest of his problem he did not like the amount of people using the pool and felt like he had to use too many chemicals, also because he let the pool turn green there were many many weeks I was not allowed to use the pool because he had to shock the pool again in order to bring it back to the point where you could use it and it seems to me anytime my children we're going to have a party or it was a holiday or weekend would be the time that he would tell me the pool would have to be close and it wouldn't be close for a few hours are for a day it would be close for a week or more this is ridiculous.I also have pictures to prove this and video

Darren has been wonderful to work with. Always on time, thorough, responsive when we need extra help… And of course he saved us after Hurricane Ian.

Can I give 10 Stars? I am extremely pleased with the service from Pool Perfection. Not only is their weekly service exceptional, but they inform me if they notice there is a problem with the pool system. They have saved me money and expensive repairs! I count on Pool Perfection- they go the extra mile for their clients. Their employees can best be described as professional, knowledgeable, polite, and considerate. I can't say enough good things about this company. Rated # 1.
