Pool Perfection was VERY quick to respond & come to our residence and was able to fix quickly!

They do a great job. They saved us hundreds of dollars by letting us know our leveler was bad. Our other service never mentioned it and we had extremely high water bills until we switched to Pool Perfection. They are very honest and professional and go out of their way to do a good job. I can't say enough good things about their services. They are wonderful people.

Darren did an amazing job on your pool today. He took the time to show us how to operate and care for our pool. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Darin is very professional and is always on time. I was selling a home for a customer in Cape Coral who's pool was in bad shape. I called Darin and he was able to not only beat the competitors price but have it done that week. He ended up changing out the blown motor, fixing multiple leaks, and servicing the pool. I would refer him to anyone. Five stars!

Darren is a petty little crook. Went over payment history with him and agreed that everything was payed for. He then tried to charge me for his “first free month” after we had already agreed nothing was owed. He freaked out and became aggressive per the phone. Darren the. went on a tantrum, came to my house (uninvited), and started throwing dirt and grass in my pool. He left all our doors open. Make sure you keep track of your payment history because “pool perfection” is definely not keeping track of anything.

I hired Pool Perfection on April 9, 2018. Darren sounded like he knew what he was talking about. My pool had gone green and had a lot of leaves and algae in it. He threw some chemicals in it and brushed it a little and then said that he would be back the following Monday. The pool got an aqua color but before Monday it had gone green again plus he had put my automatic pool cleaner in before he left which I had to then clean out the pump basket and change and clean the filter. I hired him to get my pool clear and balanced but for some reason he seemed to think he could do that by coming once a week and throwing some chemicals in and brushing it and then leaving it for another week! He came Monday, April 16,2018 and evidently threw my chemicals( 4 jugs of chlorine and a big bottle of algaecide) in the pool which he was supposed to supply. I came home yesterday and emptied my pump basket ( which was full) and changed and cleaned the filter and when I turned the pump on it wouldn't prime so I turned it off because I had somewhere I had to be. I tried again this morning and it still wouldn't prime so I called him and was told that he was 40 miles away and couldn't come over just to prime my pump! I told him that I thought my pool should have been clear by now ( 10 days later)and he said that he couldn't vacuum or anything until he could see the bottom and that I keep touching things and turning them off and it would probably be another week or so and I told him that I wanted it done by Saturday (2 days from now) or I would get someone else to do it and he said something that I assume was an agreement and hung up on me. I called another company and they came right on out and had to take my pump apart because the impeller was all clogged up. He cleaned it out and it started right up working perfectly!! He tested the water and it had no stabilizer or chlorine in it.
I give him and his company(Pool Perfection) 0 stars! I'm out $ 150.00 and after 10 days I still can't get in my pool!!

Highly recommended!! Darren provided not only an excellent service, but saved us a lot of money with a clever and great solution to fix our problem. He also responded immediately to our emergency on a Saturday!! Pool Perfection is the way to go!!

Great company, great service! I called on Friday the 23 rd of March because we had been having problems with our pool. The color was off the jets on one side weren't working and we had company arriving on the 28 th. I spoke to Darren and he came to our home on the 24th and within a few hours our pool was sparkling. All of the green was gone, our jets were working and he found leaks at the pump that we didn't even notice. He fixed those leaks, cleaned the pool and taught us how to properly run the filter, the vac and the pool. Wonderful company to work with, great customer service. I highly would recommend using Pool Perfection.

Darren is always on time goes above and beyond without any direction required his work is superior to any other pool company we've had at this house for the last 40 years great value. We have used Darren for the last 10 years and certainly hope for him to be in business in Cape Coral for many more years to come.

Darren is great to work with. He is always courteous, friendly and professional. He is always responsive to what is needed. He did an excellent job getting our pool back in shape after the hurricane.

UPDATE from my previous review going on 1 year and six months a customer and I REPEAT this is the BEST POOL service I've ever had always on the ball even during Hurricane Irma I can count on Darren .... This is my previous review now ... I've perfection now for 6 months Darren and his wife do an amazing job. When we first moved into this house the pool was a disgusting disaster green and nasty and the pool deck was full of black mold. They came in and did an amazing job our poool now is shiny and spectacular we're proud to entertain guests and enjoy the florida living pool lifestyle now thanks to Darren and his wife. I highly recommend using Pool Perfection they rock :)

Great pool service! Yesterday I had two LED lights installed by pool perfection tech Darren. Job was done in a timely manner and professionally. Darren took the time to explain how to use the many light shows. Couldn’t be happier!

Have used Pool Perfection service for over a year, and will have no other. Own rental property, live out of town, and have had several minor problems. Darren and his team have been very responsive, providing suggested repairs at the lowest price. They've responded promptly to answer our questions, provide great weekly service, and are a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend Pool Perfection!!

Hurricane Ian did a job on my parents pool. I called and the owner said as soon as we got electricity to call so they could put us on the list to get it pumped out, washed and refilled. I called and left a message after hours on Friday night because that’s when our electricity was restored. My dog started to bark Saturday morning. They were emptying the pool. Wow! What amazing service!

If I could give no stars I would. His service seems good for the price, but his real price did not match the prices on the website. He said he vacuums your pool but repeatedly kept leaving his Kreepy crawler in my pool even after I asked him not to. After the hurricane he tried to charge me $1500 to clean out my pool, needless to say my flight ad car rental was less than half of that. After seeing this poor service and digging his creepy out of my messy pool, I cancelled my service in October. Several months later I discovered that I sent him a check by mistake 4 months after not using him and I asked for the $99 back. He told he that he did not own the company any more and had actually moved out of Florida and he would contact the new owner to refund me. Really?? I got your email from the website Darren, traced my check back and saw it was cashed by Darren Simpson. I guess the fraudster still does own the company. I kindly gave him 5 days to drop a check off at my house and he gave me the same bogus story. This guy is a fraud and a cheat and I would never let him anywhere near my pool again. Avoid if possible !!!

We have been using Darren for some time. He shows up when he says he will, communication is great and he does a great job keeping our pool clean and comfortable. In addition to all that he was wonderful helping us after hurricane Ian hit. He was on top of it and got our pool back to normal very quickly!

Darren is simply brilliant! He is always available to answer texts or calls. He did a fantastic job of draining and cleaning our 30,000 gallon pool after the hurricane. We are monthly customers and he is always reliable, knowledgeable and just an all around great person. We are fortunate to have found him.

No stars...ZERO!!!!!00000!!!!! These photos are a result of poor service. The picture of the filter is one week after this company changed it and "provided" service. The spa was green for days before weekly service and stayed green for days after service. When I contacted the owner, his response was to drain my spa and re fill it. He has no remorse for the fact that his lack of service resulted in my having to spend countless dollars to a new pool company to fix my pool because the algae spread to the main pool from the spa and he told me he would not come back until the following week to fix the algae when his company left it like this in the first place. We were with this company for 2 years and on multiple occasions I watched from the window as a "splash and dash" when it was not even raining ,was performed as my weekly service. When I call and try to fire him, he comes back telling me it will never happen again, which was a complete lie because it happened at least twice a month. I know that pool companies here in swfl are a dime a dozen, please just do not go with this company at ALL COSTS... He is rude and a bully and will try anything to just take your money.... BEWARE!!!!!!!
