Darren and his staff go above the call of duty. They clean several of our pools and perform repairs and upgrades on many of our other pools. We recommend only a few service companies to friends and clients and Pool Perfection is one of the few that were happy to recommend. Keep up the good work guys.. If its pool related from pumps, to automation to weekly's, you can be sure Pool Perfection has you covered.

Darren was super helpful and resourceful with helping me with my pool pump/ motor issue. He went the extra mile to help me solve another issue that came up as well. All doing this for a great price compared to competitors. 5 stars. Will work with again in the future.

I have had a different pool service guy for many years, but when my equipment needed repairs he referred me to Darren. I've had Darren do a few repair jobs for me over a couple years and converted my pool to saltwater. He's always been very responsive, friendly, and his prices are very reasonable. He's totally my go-to pool repair guy, and I'd refer him to my friends!

Darren at Pool Perfection was Awesome in Communication and showing up in a timely manner to fix my Pool pump problem. He did a thorough diagnosis and found the problem. Darren is a very nice and Honest person and the pricing for the outcome was very reasonable. I will be referring Darren and Pool Perfection to my Friends and Family. I was with a bigger company, & as a small business owner myself, I felt like the bigger company wasn’t giving me the BANG FOR MY BUCK! So when I called Southwest Florida Pools LLC & spoke with Tylor, I knew he would be a great fit. He came out & explained the best route for my pool, with it being smaller than most, but in a bad area due to some trees, he was able to talk to me about a better routine & how everything works! Would definitely recommend to family & friends!

Please DO NOT USE this business for your pool service. We paid him to service 2 of our properties and paid him 1st month in advance, at his request. There was a delay on our part for 1 pool.
He serviced 1 pool on Dec. 10th and never came back to service either pool. I reached out several times and after a week he returned a text saying his phone was broken and he was coming on Friday to service both pools. He never showed and continues to not answer my calls or text.
DO NOT PAY IN ADVACE because he does not show or return calls or text.

I verified the date with the check written on Dec 8th and cashed on Dec 10th. I contacted you on 12/17/21 and asked when you were returning to clean both pools with no response until 12/21. (after several calls and text). You then said you would be out Friday between 1-2. I advised you then I was disappointed you skipped a week (Dec 17th) and you reported your phone was broken. Not sure why that stopped you from cleaning either pool.
I still have not heard if you are giving me a refund on the month in advance that was paid on 12/10/21.
Small business is not an excuse for no service or response.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Horrible experience. They were great at first, but after just a few visits, Tylor stopped coming at all after Feb 7th. I developed what looked like sand banks in the bottom of the pool- turns out it was precipitated Calcium. I contacted him to tell him about it on 3/5 and he said he would be out on Monday 3/7. He never showed and stopped responding to all requests for contact. They have been charging my bank account twice a month, though it was only supposed to be once a month. They just charged me again on 3/24 though we tried to stop it. My filter was destroyed and my pool and spa chemicals are all out of whack. I think this is just a scam to get your financial information so they can keep charging you, hoping that you are out of town and do not notice that they are literally not even showing up to your house. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Update 3/25 - they are sending me ANOTHER INVOICE, due to hit my ACH on 1 Apr. this, despite the fact that right in the invoice it says it is supposed to be paid 1 time a month on the 11th. This is a scam!!

Joe is so friendly and knowledgeable. When we moved in everything was a nightmare and I'm sure he could tell I was fustrated. The pool was trashed. It was covered in algae, filled with dirt, bottle caps and glass. He got the pool cleaned up, the mess cleared out and the water is now sparkling clean. If you're looking for a hard-working, reliable, knowledgeable guy who'll take care of your pool right the first time, call Joe, he'll take care of your pool, like its his family swimming in it.

Great service. They helped me get back on my feet with my pool after years of minimal maintenance. They know their stuff and have no problem explaining and teaching what they are doing. They got some stains out that I was told needed to be acid washed. Still helping me get back to tip too and it’s looking good. Next summer should be amazing.

Moving into a rental is never easy. In my case the place is furnished and needed a deep cleaning. I did my research and found Prosteam has great reviews. The b4 and after pics on the website sold me. They clean rugs, floors and upholstery. Right away, I called Mike, he is very professional over the phone and super accomidating with my last minute request. I told him what I needed done and he talked me through everything he could do for me and at a reasonable price in a timely fashion. I confirmed my appointment the day b4 he was coming out. We were on a txt by txt update since i was working. He called b4 arriving to make sure he was at my rental. Sent me b4 and after pics of the mattress he cleaned and I was blown away!
Thank you Mike for your all you did, and going the extra mile. I will book again after I'm completely moved in for floor touch ups.
