Hired this company to take care of my pool in my absence and because I did not agree to an expensive Phosphorus service they turned off my chlorine feeder and made my pool turn green. Very deceitful company. Do not use!

Absolutely the worst organization that I have had do work for me. Made a mess of my property, stole from me, destroyed items associated with my pool in an attempt to charge me for repairs to items they damaged. Randy Thomas is a liar and con man. Do not hire these people!

I’d like to recommend Coastal because they started with excellent service. But, we’ve had 2 new people—not sure they’re as good as our first. Pool coping needs better cleaning. Dependable weekly service though.

We signed up for Coastal Pool Service last season and have had good service from them. They keep us informed via email of any issues which we like - no waiting around to try to catch service rep.

This may have been a great company for decades but with constant new employees always trying to figure out how to do chemical upkeep on your pool, you will have a green pool at least twice a year. I would shop around, there are better options who take pride in their work.

SO unprofessional. Left us also with a mess and DAMAGED lanai, RANDY said he would take care of it and never did. Paint was also splattered everywhere, even in front yard, drive way and garage! NO drop cloths used, paper to protect walls and cage, or protectant under the power equipment ( which chewed to the base of lanai in 3 places.) Randy became irate in every conversation. NASHA the sales lady did absolutely nothing to help us either. When we contacted Randy via documentation, he went ballistic and sent us a nasty letter with intent to lien!! How was this our issue? We paid in full, Then they ghosted us! YOUVE BEEN WARNED. RANDY IS A COMPLETE JERK AND HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS

These people are bad news. Stay clear and heed my advice. I hired them and fired them same day. They came out for the first time and did nothing. Did not even turn off pump and clean filter I called and politely cancelled the service. The person starting yelling at me and hung up Then I read other reviews and I am not the first person he was verbally abusive to.
