We’ve had a few services over the years, and this one by far the worst of them all. I actually considered reaching out to the owner, but wasn’t even sure who it was and if it was the person that services our pool or not. After calling a heater service (just had one out for a minor heater leak), then it stopped working altogether. The tech servicing the heater knew the heater stopped due to a flow issue, which was confirmed when he pulled the filter out. I was shocked when he showed me. He added in his report it was the dirtiest he had ever seen; It looked caked. In fact, it was. It was so bad, when I used a basic spray nozzle to attempt to clean it, it flaked off chunks of dirt embedded in the exact shape of the filter. I thought it was pieces of filter coming off, but it was just chunks of dirt and debris. When my husband text the technician it was explained that it was at the end of its life, and did explain it weighs a lot more etc. However, my question is why did you allow it to get to this point? Why was it this filthy? Why not let us know way before it is clogged to the point I have to pay a heater repair person to come out? We would never hesitate to pay to replace it if we had known, it was the fact we weren’t told, likely because it was mostly ignored.
I wish that was the main issue, but it isn’t. Unfortunately it is enough and it cost us extra money just to have another person troubleshoot the problem.

We will be moving to a new home soon. A new pool, and definitely will be a new company.
The point is, we are fine knowing the first filter of a new build may get bad quick (such as the current), but neglecting cleanings and communication so we can properly keep up and avoid issues going further, is completely irresponsible. Super frustrated and disappointed.

Pic references…the dirtiest to when it was removed from its housing, to when I attempted to clean with regular hose attachment, then a lower pressure, pressure wash. We ended up picking up a new one at a local place later that day.

This is a great group of professionals who specialize in Construction Cleaning Services- Hard to find!

Leslie was a pleasure to communicate & schedule services with & Nick did a great job washing and sealing our new pool deck. We definitely plan to rebook for window washing & more sealing in the future.

They did a wonderful job power washing my pool cage and lanai to wash away the summer season grime/mildew.

Can't speak if they do a good job or not because I scheduled them to do my windows about a month ago and no one showed up when they were scheduled or called me today. I got a text last night saying they would be at my home 1pm-1:30pm today. Then got an email last night later saying they would be at my home 12pm-12:30pm. So of course I called into their office this morning to find out when they were coming. First the person Leslie whom I spoke to told me that I had only ordered outside cleaning and I opened the work order email from them 9 times. I explained to her I never received a work order email from them just the text and email about the times they would arrive. After going back and forth over the service I wanted she realized she was giving me the information and pricing for someone else. After that was cleared up and I was told I was correct about the inside and out washing and the pricing. She then proceeded to tell me that they were done their last job early and would be at my house by 12pm and I would be getting a text from them shortly. It is now 1:30pm and I have heard from no one. At 1:30 PM I did call and cancel their service because I was not feeling good at all about this companies lack of communication. They might do great service cleaning windows but as the owen my own business, the biggest part of service is communication which this company obviously does not have. I will use someone else who shows up when they say they are going to show up and uses their phone to call me and tell me if they are going to be late. Again have to be honest I never got the opportunity to find out if they clean windows well, guess if someone had called me or showed up I would know. I felt compelled to write this because after I told Leslie I was not comfortable and wanted to cancel I heard a click on the phone (her hanging up) and a cancellation email in seconds, if she had taken the time to know that her people did not show up as fast or on time as promised I would not be writing this review.

The two gentlemen who cleaned our windows did a fantastic job. Our windows have never been so clean. They explained what they would be doing and did the job quickly. I will recommend your company to anyone who wishes to have their windows cleaned.

Never knew the front door could be so white. Our house was getting mold on it from the summer. As parents of young toddler and infant, there is never enough time to keep up with the outdoor cleaning. All Seasons did a fantastic job! Very responsive and professional. I highly recommend. My parents are using them next for their house, lanai, driveway and windows

Nick & crew were timely, courteous, professional, and did an awesome job on our house. They power wash the house AND the windows inside and out. It’s so nice to get everything done at one time by one Contractor.
