After doing my own pools here in Cape Coral for over 30 years, I decided to get the pool service company that my neighbor uses while I was planning on being away for 2 months. I am impressed with their work and service, pool looks great! Their management and office staff was as good as the pool service and made me decide to use them permanently from now on!!

Do not use Coastal pools we had them serves our pool for a number of years and they canceled us because they said We complain too much even though it was their fault.

They sent us an email and said we needed a new filter we okayed it. They sent us a bill it and we paid the bill. 2 weeks later they said we needed a new filter. We sent him an email saying that we already paid for it.

Then a week later they said we ordered the wrong size filter. We did not order anything, we are out of town for the summer, they took care of it. So we emailed them again and they said fine will replace the filter but you're cancelled.

I then call them and he said if you complain too much we got too many pools to service so we just canceled you..

After three years with this company I put my house up for sale and moved. While house was vacant I find out through email (no phone call) that my pool is low and they did not add water even though the hose is less than 10 feet from the filter system. After receiving the email I call to discuss this and get hung up on twice without a chance to talk with anyone. Person answering the phone didn't even identify herself. Great customer service NOT!

We have been with Coastal Pool for over 10 years. Good communications from the staffs, never had issues with them or services. Been a snow birds, we are in peace, knowing the pool and equipments function well. Michele. has been with us all that time. She is very trustworthy and wounderful.

Coastal Pool Service has not fulfilled our expectations. After 2 years of mediocre or even poor service for our vacation rentals, we have moved on today. Guests observations were mostly bad, if the Coastal Pool Service technician would show up, he occasionally did not show up at all, he mostly disappeared after less than 5 minutes, not having brushed the pool nor the pool tiles, not having checked the skimmer basket, not having added chemicals to the pool at all despite all these service boxes were always ticked on the weekly digital service email update. Once or twice I even received the exact same technical email update 47 times in my inbox. Horrible company!

If your looking for pool service or pool upgrades. Look elsewhere. Randy hangs up on you, that is the type of business this is. They have constant churn of employees causing your pool to lose chemical balance constantly. I had a pump go bad, a $1700 pump that needed a $100 part to fix. They didn't want to fix it and instead replaced it with a cheap pump for $600. I was then going to get my pump fixed and keep the cheap one as a backup. They stole my old pump and would not return it, I wouldn't pay for the new one cheap unit until the old one was returned. They trespassed on my property 60 days later and ripped out the pump, now I have zero pumps. A civil suit and police report is underway. Everything was recorded on my security cameras.

W e had our pool resurfaced by Coastal Pools. The pool looks beautiful and the tile accents on the stairs were just what we wanted. The project was done in a timely manner. RANDY was very professional and accommodating . Everyone we had contact with was helpful and polite. This was ome of the best service we've had in over 30 years that we have been here. Thanks to all !

We hired Coastal Pool Supply on a weekly basis for the upkeep of our pool. They are always on time and professional and their rates are very reasonable! I am very Glad we found them an honest hard-working company! We will be recommending Coastal Pools to all of our friends and family for years to come! Thank you.

Randy and his crew were awesome to work with. We had our pool resurfaced and up and running within three days. No hidden charges, he took the time to explain the process to us. We had some questions after and he always took our phone call. Twins of Florida highly recommend Randy and Coastal Pools!

Coastal Pool has been amazing. We moved to Florida two years ago and we've never had a pool before. We seriously have no idea what we're doing and Michele has been amazing, patiently answering all of our questions. After being gone for months, and having trouble with our salt cell, we return to a pristine pool. Not to mention the fact that our dog looks forward to her weekly visits and the treats she never forgets to bring him! Rex highly recommends Coastal Pool, too! 🐾

Coastal Pools has done a great job with taking care of our pool. Very respectful and nice to our kids as they like going out there while the pool guys come. Had an issue with my e-mail address so I called in and they got it taken care of in no time at all. Highly recommended if you want great service at a great price (I called around everywhere to try and get the best price).

Coastal Pools did a great job on resurfacing our pool and Randy was very helpful in suggestions for color of tile etc. Also, he was instrumental in putting us in touch with the deck contractor. That solved a big problem for us. The entire job was done as scheduled and he was available to answer all our questions. All reasonably priced. Very happy with our pool.

Michele is always fantastic! She keeps the pool very clean and lets the office know if there is any issues. Then they contact us immediately by e-mail in Canada. Randy and his team are always on top of anything that needs to be dealt with and offer reasonable suggestions and offer a helping hand prior to having to deal with anything that could have extreme costs if not attended to. Since we are not there all the time this is very important to us.
We appreciate the service and have had other neighbours ask who services our pool.
We have been dealing with them for 4 years and will continue.

Coastal pool service has been taking care of my pool for over 5 years. My pool is always clean. They show up every week the same day and time. I don't have to guess when they'll be here.
Any problems, they fix right away. Our screen landed in our pool after Hurricane Irma came by. Coastal pool came out the next day. They cleared the pool and didn't even charge me. They are the best.

We loved Coastal Pool service and had them for years. We had our pool resurfaced and it had some problems. They would not call us back and continually gave us fall information (someone was going to call us on Tuesday and it would never happen). This happened continuously. They did an acid wash finally (and it still is not right or corrected), did not have enough water to refill the pool (we had to do half our pool with our hose), and then the next week they wrote us an email saying they were not going to service our pool any longer. With no warning. We used to recommend them to others, now we recommend others to stay away. After years of being with them, we are now left without a pool service. They were great until something went wrong, and then there were a disaster. Stay away.

Hired coastal pools to resurface our pool. Randy was very attentive and able to adapt to the many things that was added after the initial work started. The guys that came out were very nice and helpful. I would recommend them for all of your resurfacing needs. I plan to continue with them for pool service. So I will update on that topic at a later date.
Update: They have been servicing my pool for a few months now. They have been taking great care of it. We did have a couple episodes of my pool going green due to all of the rain but they assessed the situation and took steps to prevent it. I am very happy with the level of service they have provided.

Starting with a first visit by Nasha to discuss our pool renovation project we felt that Coastal Pool Renovations could be a good company. When she came the next time we were very pleased with her advice and suggestions, so much so, that we agreed to sign the Pool Renovation agreement. Soon after we had an email to let us know that the materials (tiles, lining material etc) would be available within about 4 weeks. Sure enough, 4-5 weeks later we had a call to let us know that they would deliver all of the materials onto our drive that week. Early the following week they started the job in earnest, from taking the old tiles off the walls to finalizing putting the new tiles on the walls and re-coating the spa, pool wall and bottom. The entire job was finished and the pool was re-filled within 7 days after starting the work. Everything now looks wonderful from the tiles, wall and bottom coating to the replacement lighting and jets. Throughout all the work the owner of Coastal Pool Renovations, Randy, came each day to review progress and to check if we were happy with their work. Now we have weekly visits from his staff to check the pool and carry out cleaning the walls/bottom and checking that the water chemistry is correct. Finally, we consider that the overall price we paid represented good value, particularly as they also did several extra jobs (e.g replace a valve) that were not budgeted.

I use them as my weekly maintenance company and have been pleased with their consistency, customer service and dependability. When I wanted to install a heat pump for my pool, I priced around and looked at various products. Coastal not only came in with a strong price, they told me why the particular brand they recommended was the best for my pool. My heater was neatly and correctly installed in 5 days! Keep up the good work!

We have a 12 unit condo. And they have been taking care of our pool for over 10 years. We have never had a problem with the pool turning green or being dirty. If we have any questions or concerns we call and they come within a 24 hour period.

After interviewing a number of pool contractors i chose Coastal to renovate my pool and lanai deck. Coastal resurfaced the pool, replaced the pool tile, and installed pavers over the Lanai's badly deteriorated river rock deck. I was very impressed with the quality of work, adherence to the promised schedule, and constant follow up during the job to assure I was satisfied. i recommend this company without reservation.

After the renovation I contracted with Coastal for their weekly pool maintenance. Their service techs clearly know what they are doing as my pool remains clear and sparkling.
