We've been customers for around two years, and continue to be pleased with the service we get. The rare instances where we've felt that a team wasn't living up to Sean's promises, he's been quick to address our concerns and switch us to another team.

Today we had a new crew come to our house. Karen, Jennifer and Jessica did a stellar job of cleaning. They were extremely detail-oriented and made sure that I was satisfied with the service before they left. They were even patient with our dogs, who have a tendency to want to play while the house is being cleaned.

We highly recommend The Cleaning Authority - Cape Coral to anyone who is considering hiring the company.

Cleaning Authority has never disappointed me. We have two homes. When in FL cleaning is done every two weeks as my desire. They have a very detailed routine that addresses all needs of the home on a regular cycle. When we leave our home, they come in monthly to do inspection for any irregularities. They have a check list that we approve. The fee is minimal. The owner and manager are most responsive to any of our needs. If there is a special issue or cleaning request outside the normal, they respond promptly and stay in close touch with us until the special issues are resolved and pricing for service remains competitive. I have been using Christian and Carrie Team 2 and they are awesome! I started with The Cleaning Authority in August and tried out some different teams until I found these 2 wonderful girls and I quickly requested them for all my cleaning. They are a great working team and very good with animals. My house looks fantastic when they are done. In fact my daughter now uses them as well.

It was great having Anna and her crew today. My House is clean again and it is great. Missed having them clean, so happy they have some new ladies and hopefully will be able to keep me on their schedule.

The worst cleaning service ever!! 1 girl dusted the blinds, wiped the kitchen table, wiped counters without moving anything in the living, dining room & kitchen. She did not clean anything. The stove was dirty & greasy, the microwave was dirty, The other girl did not clean anything in the bedrooms, I think they went around with a swifter duster. The 2 bathrooms were the only rooms cleaned. Then they mopped with dirty water and it smelled awful. I had to pour distilled vinegar and used the sharkmate steamer to clean the entire house myself to get the smell out. THEN I canceled the check, called the owner several times. I informed her of all the details & she said Ok I understand, that is fine about canceling the check, which cost $36. ONE WEEK LATER THEY MADE AN UNAUTHORIZED ACH WITHDRAWAL FROM MY BANK!!! in the amount of the CANCELED CHECK. I called my bank & they resolved this issue for me.

Anna and Sharon did an amazing job cleaning our home. They were very thorough cleaning the baseboards, sweeping, dusting, and mopping. Our home is very clean and fresh. We are very pleased with their service and hope they are assigned to us at the next appointment.

Anna, Alyssa & Brooke were absolutely great-5 stars for sure on my first clean today! They were very thorough & didn't mind a few special requests, they were very down to earth-yet still professional. The owner Shawn came out immediately for an evaluation & quote after my first inquiry & gave me a very fair quote. He didn't ask questions about me being a Dis.Vet. or why I can't clean certain things. Mary in his office set up a cleaning date for me according to my needs, & was so understanding when I had to reschedule, even several times because of being sick. Thanks Cleaning Authority, I feel so much better when I have a clean house!!

My husband and I met with Sean last week, very professional yet friendly. After a walk through of our home, He explained all work to be done and frequency. We received price quotes and were informed who and when would be calling to start our service.
Today Christina, Margarita and Sami came out to clean. Oh my God I am so happy, they did such a wonderful job ,..they were all very nice, yet professional. Our home is so nice and clean without any harsh awful smelling cleaning products !!!

Anna and Sharon have been great. They initially spent the first 3 weeks helping to unpack boxes and storage bins from my move. They were willing to do whatever I asked and I really appreciate it. They will be starting the cleaning every other week.

I am delighted with the fact that ‘Employee Appreciation Month’ occurred when the team of Antonia and Zemia cleaned my house. They did an excellent job! In the past there has always been something that wasn’t cleaned to my standards but Antonia and Zamia did such a good job that I have nothing to complain about. Not only were they thorough but also pleasant and took a professional approach to their job. I appreciate a job well done!

We first used the CA after having new flooring put in our bedrooms, we called it post construction. Shawn came and gave us a very fair quote. Christina and Andrea, our team, did an amazing job!! We were so happy with their professional work ethic, we requested them and now have them bi-monthly. It's such a pleasure, and our rescue fur baby loves them. We all look forward to their next visit!

I have been using their services for about a year now. Some of the cleaning crews are better than others and if you don't ask for the same people back each time they send a different crew every cleaning. I finally found a team, Sarah and Nikki, who I really like. Sarah had been to my home several times and I noticed it was always done better when she was here, so I asked for her to be on my permanent team. I am very happy. I like the fact they work very quickly and their rotation system really works. They will use special products if you supply them. The office staff (Sean and Mary) are very responsive.

Kim and Sharon R. are quite professional and do a great job. They are really pleasant and really work hard to please. I so look forward to having them clean my home. Great job ladies.

We have been using there service for about a year. We have a had a few issues but Mary and Sean fixed them quickly and professionally. You do have different teams, some are better then others and we have been most pleased with Andrea and Christina D! I love coming home to a clean house. They are always prompt and pleasant. They pay good attention to small details which is much appreciated. I would recommend them to anybody.

Scheduling appointment for in home estimate was very easy. All the staff I have met so far are very professional and also friendly. I could not be happier with the initial cleaning! The two person crew worked very well together and all the rooms sparkle. The fee for this service is reasonable and about what others charge. So glad I found this company!
