My first appointment.
I had a 10:30 am appointment and no one showed or called until 3:18 pm. Completely unreliable.

My wife and I have been using the cleaning authority for about 18 months now. They always do a good job, they are always prompt, polite, and professional. A quality service at an affordable cost.

Cleaning Authority does a great job, always punctual and great communication with scheduler, Kim. This week, we had Melissa, Savannah, and Toni, and they were very courteous, pleasant, and quick to re-do a couple of missed areas.

The Cleaning Authority always does a great job and thorough clean! We love the rotating extra attention they give. Julia, Melissa and Savannah always do a great job and everyone is so friendly and helpful.

Have been with this Company for a several years now and my wife and I are extremely pleased. Very friendly/professional and do a great job. Also are pet friendly and aware of not letting our cat "escape". Julia and Melissa were just in our home last week - great job!

The initial appointment with owner Sean was great. He is very knowledgeable and provides much information and patiently answers all questions. The first cleaning happened today. A team of three very polite and friendly ladies showed up and worked tirelessly until everything was sparkly clean. My floor looks great too! So far, very pleased with this company and happy with the cleaning service they provided today. Highly recommend!

The Cleaning Authority staff are awesome! Sean was very informative and thorough in his presentation of services. Julia and Melissa are very pleasant and leave our home looking and feeling so fresh and clean. They obviously aim to please and are very conscientious. I am so grateful to have their help!

Hired The Cleaning Authority for a move out clean. Disappointed. VERY Expensive. $297 & they didn’t even clean the windows, which we discussed not only on the phone prior, but in person day of. Pros: Willing to come on a Saturday. Did wipe the baseboards. Cleaners were polite & friendly in person. CONS: Did NOT clean any windows. Seems super expensive for a not-amazing job done.

The cleaning authority is like having your own hotel housekeeping! We love the results of their hard work and dedication. We have a 4 /4 B B house with 2 big sheep dogs and 3 adults. We have our house cleaned every 2 weeks and it’s a day I really look forward to. This service helps our family get along so one of us isn’t cleaning after the others. Plus the dogs are even cuter if I’m not having to vacuum the fur every week. Thank you so much to the woman at the Cleaning Authority! Especially, Adrianna, Taylor, Julia, Rocky and Deanna. I call them the Dream team!
Also- they work with your schedule( thank you Kim), if I need to reschedule because I’m out of town or for whatever reason they are very accommodating. There is no reason not to have a little extra help around the house. It’s affordable, easy, and so worth it!

The Milligans provide the most fantastic cleaning service I have ever used! They are punctual, meticulous, thorough, courteous and polite! Their rates are very reasonable too. What more could you ask for from a cleaning service!?!

This was their initial visit as I had just hired the Cleaning Authority since my previous cleaning person moved. There were 4 cleaning people that did the A plan of initial in depth cleaning of the kitchen and bathrooms while also cleaning the other parts of the house. They were polite, easy to talk with, efficient, friendly and down to business. The results were very good and I am very pleased.

The ladies do a good job. Julia is especially detail-oriented. I like that she has come every time. And they don't use that smelly cleaner.

My wife arranged for window cleaning and I found the price to be very fair given the number of windows we have to clean. Junior demonstrated to me that he is passionate about what he does. He mentioned how satisfying it is to see the RESULTS of his work. I definitely noticed the results - crystal clear, bright windows. I didn't realize how bad we let them go! He also explained why he couldn't make our 40 year old windows look like new, which of course I did not expect. Specifically he pointed out paint overspray from our recent house painting and oil on the slider tracks, which picks up grime. Finally, they showed up in a well maintained vehicle and had the right tools for the job, making it a quick and effective process. We will use them again and we highly recommend them.
