I would highly recommend GMX for any of your HVAC needs. I needed a totally new unit and the guys were trying to find a new unit for me between jobs. When they finally did they offered to come to my condo that night to replace my dying unit. I opted to wait until the next day and they were prompt and took half the time I thought it was supposed to take but they explained it's all they do every single day. These guys have it down! Fernando has become dishonest, and unreliable. He improperly installed a brand new AC unit in our condo, and while still under warranty (23 months)Fernando wanted to charge $500 to replace the cracked drain pan. I had another company, unrelated, perform the work for less than $300. ... :/
Furthermore, two AC companies confirmed the drain pan cracked due to improper installation. I gave Fernando every opportunity to make good faith here, but he refused.

I called Jeremy to look at my ac, I was having some problem cooling my home . He cleaned the condenser and checked all the settings and talked to me about always doing a regular maintenance. His knowledge of his industry is unsurpassed.
