Alex gave me a good price on a new 16 seer 3 ton air conditioner with heating unit, and answered all my questions--before and after I told him he had the job.

He and his employee came on the appointed day and installed. They were respectful of my property, and unlike many workers, paid close attention to keeping the doors to my house closed since I have a small dog who would love to have scooted out!

When they left, all was working and all the mess was cleaned up.

It was a simple, straightforward interaction all the way through. I can wholeheartedly recommend him to you.

You have to of had " bad experiences" when dealing with construction or an upgrade done to your home. In my experience it has been: not showing up, showing up late, not finishing the job, not getting what you wanted, and cost over runs. I had 5 estimates from companies like Costco, Home Depot, two independent companies that were recommended to me and lastly, Angel cooling. Alex's price was the best and with a better quality product. The best part was starting the job on time and finishing ahead of time with NO aggravation, and a total clean up. This was a first for me and my family. I highly recommend this company.

My family just moved and we needed a replacement AC and I’m glad we came to Best Home Specialist. Ricardo was helpful with discussing a few options. I also asked him about the ductwork and if we needed to add ducts or replace them, Ricardo advised that he remove the old ductwork and rebuild our ducts, the ducts were not in good shape. Our new AC unit was professionally installed along with the new ducts (he even took care of new vents) The new installation was very well done in a 3bd 2b house over 1500sq ft. He made fast work of demolition on the old AC unit and ductwork. Ultimately it is 5-star work since, he has been especially helpful after installing everything. We had Ricardo come out because our new AC system just was not right. He fixed the improper and sloppy plenum install. He also addressed a complaint about a warm west side facing room for the last 8 years. That room is now cold as it should be. The previous 2 fixes by 2 large companies was also sloppy, ineffective, and a waste of $2G. I recommend him !! Thanks. Richard ( that’s my name)
