I can absolutely say that Cody is a wonderful human. He came to my rental property at night and on a Sunday. He's very informative and fair in his pricing as well. Im very grateful to have met Cody. He is my renters hero. She had air for a few days and it quit again. Nothing to do with Cody and his work. He's coming back on Wednesday to one of my rentals and Thursday.for another to finish and repair. Cody thank you From the bottom of my heart.

Cody came thanksgiving eve to help get our AC back up and running. Prompt, quality service when we really needed it. Highly recommend

Cody came within 20 minutes of making the call and had our air conditioner working again in a very short time. It turned out to be a plugged drainage hose so he offered us a great deal on a maintenance package where he will stop by every 6 months and make sure everything is running well and clean up. Cody with NextGen Aire gets a 100% from me!

The NextGen Aire experience was great and fast! My husband saw their Facebook ad last week Tuesday night and Cody, the owner, came to review our AC the following evening. As you can see from the before and after pics, we really needed Cody’s help! We received a quote, which we were very happy about, and scheduled a Friday appointment. The AC techs that came have a great work ethic. They came around 9am and finished around 2/2:30.

Again, I was really surprised at the quick turn-around and in this economy my husband and I are very pleased with Cody’s honest pricing. Overall, it was a great experience and I look forward to using NextGen Aire of SWFL’s services in the future.
