We opted for repairs, largely due to Carlos's extensive knowledge. I appreciate the transparency in their pricing and the absence of price-gouging for new units. Don't look any further for an a/c company! Sno Brrrd's response time, work ethic and friendliness has no competition in SW Florida! I have used them on many occasion over the last 12 years and wouldn't think of calling anyone else for my a/c needs.

I had them install a unit for my home a year & a half ago, It’s already not working. There was multiple issues since the installation of the unit. They didn’t even wanna have someone come out and check it out unless we paid them $175 to diagnose it. It’s very unprofessional & disappointing
