Andrew and I discussed that the ceiling vent was sufficient to cool the adjacent room with the removal of 2 sets of sliding doors and vent was not needed

We had an issue with our AC and reached out to Comfort Kings via their website chat after hours. To our surprise, they responded by text within 30 minutes and came out that same evening for an initial assessment. While the issue couldn’t be resolved right then, they returned promptly at 7 AM the next morning to diagnose and fix the problem. Outstanding communication and service from start to finish!

My daughter and son-in-law have known Andrew for several years and have used him for all their air-conditioning needs. I have found Andrew to be very knowledgeable regarding air conditioning. He’s courteous, polite. He came out today after I called due to an issue with my thermostat only to find that my drain had become clogged which had cut the flow switch off, which also turned off the air conditioner. Andrew came out with a couple hours after I called him and had me up and running in no time. I truly trust Andrew And comfort kings heating and coolingwith all my air conditioning needs.

Called at 10:30pm looking for an emergency service after coming home to a very hot house. Andrew called me back within a few mins and was able to explain how to get our AC up and running for the night. We scheduled a service with them for today to get it back to its normal operating condition. He helped when every other number wanted to schedule us for Sunday morning or afternoon. Thank you for helping get us cool. You have earned our business and we are happy to tell all of our friends about your wonderful business!

My A/C wasn’t cooling properly. I called Comfort Kings and Andrew came right out. He was able to diagnose the issue very quickly and repair the unit. My house was cool again within an hour. Absolutely awesome and prompt service and all for a very affordable price. Call these guys for any issues!!

Comfort Kings was recommended by Angie's List. Andrew answered my email almost immediately. We set up an appointment for an estimate for 2 mini splits for 2 back bedrooms that were always hot. The air conditioning company I was using suggested the mini splits. When Andrew came for the estimate, he said all that was needed was correct duct work and that would take care of the situation. I never had someone talk me out of a more expensive deal before. Andrew was very honest and trustworthy. The new ducts were put in and the air flow is so much better than it was before.
