Comfort kings were excellent!! Top notch customer service and professionalism. Their response to our need was quick and within 24 hours our home is cool again with a brand new unit. The work is superb and we will be recommending them to all in need of an AC or an AC repair.

Andrew diagnosed my AC as needing no refrigerant, and left without charging any fee, as promised. When I called to report an unusual heater problem, he diagnosed that and the system was working soon afterward. So here you have a competent and honorable service!

Here in SW Florida, there are an unbelievable number of HVAC service providers available to choose from. So many, in fact, that just how does one know which one to choose? My family got lucky, and did business with Comfort Kings.

I initially relied on a recommendation from a friend and contacted another small vendor, and made an appointment for a site consultation. That meeting time came and went. The provider was a complete no-show. No call, no nuttin'. Unfortunately, this is not unusual these days.

Frustrated and not knowing where to turn, I posted a notice of interest using a popular online app, and was immediately (and I DO mean immediately) called by one of the owners of Comfort Kings. Brian was considerate, very knowledgeable, not at all pushy, and took the time to answer all my questions. He explained a few sentences about who the business was, their background, and their beliefs about how they do business. He explained that they choose to stay small, client focused, and rely upon excellence rather than a fast buck. Excellent! We set up a site consultation visit.

The next morning (Sunday, BTW), Andrew, the other owner of Comfort Kings, drove up at the agreed-upon time. As with Brian, Andrew was professional, experienced and helpful. No games, no gimmicks, just a conversation about what I needed, how they could solve my problem, and what my final cost would be, including materials, labor, taxes, warranty etc.. The conversation was followed immediately by an emailed, highly detailed cost estimate. No surprises. Deal!

The install itself was a complete non-event...as in NO drama. Just a hard working, ship-shape crew arriving exactly on time, and with all materials necessary to finish the job. In one long day, the crew installed 2 complete AC systems (both outside condenser units and inside, air handlers) in our home, including removal of my crappy old equipment and clean-up and removal of all the waste. Systems were tuned, and we were shown how they function. Final price was exactly what they had quoted. Excellent.

Folks, the Comfort Kings team is just great. I've never before met or worked with them, but they've earned my future business. To me, trust is a big deal. And I trust these guys. Oh...and their prices are excellent, to boot!

Comfort Kings installed a new system In less than 24 hours after my old AC failed. Very happy with the fast turn around and friendly service. They even gave me a Veteran’s discount. They are so much lower than other over the phone quotes I received. Highly recommend.

Comfort Kings were outstanding and went above and beyond for me. My extremely old unit blew out twice, Andrew came at 10:30 pm on a Friday and was completely honest with me. Very polite and professional technician. I would recommend them. He showed me photo of a UV light that was working fine. Another company told me that it needed replacing.

I needed a pro to check my AC for my 4 pt insurance inspection. He looked over my units and told me possible areas the inspector might find but he'd write up his suggestions that I could show to the inspector and we could go from there. Didn't charge for a "consultation" but let me know I definitely need thermostats which he can install later. But he was wonderful, knowledgeable, and didn’t try to sell me something I didn't need. Great guy. Great company. Great service.
