They put in a system it is still under warranty but they did not register it or give me paperwork to do so therefore the warranty is void and does not exist due to their error! Also they do not answer their phone so I can not get this corrected! Also several other companies say the 3 year old system they installed new was installed improperly and needs to be replaced due to their faulty work. Avoid this company at all costs they are bad news

I'd give 100+ stars if available. I've been here several times, always a pleasant, and knowledgeable experience. Recently, I had an issue, not their fault at all, but let me tell you what. The customer service from Cody (manager) was superb. He absolutely did everything he said he'd do, and right away at that. He even followed up with me the next day to ensure all was good. To me, it's all about customer service. AYR customer service is above the top, and having Cody working there just makes this particular AYR that much more spectacular. Thank you, Cody!
