He goes out of his way to make sure that you are 100% satisfied. He recently installed a mini split in my garage. The garage was cleaner when he left than before he arrived. He even patched the stucco and painted the area before he left. His prices are hands down the most competitive. It is no wonder why he has over 250 installments in our community.

Morales heating and cooling returned phone calls promptly and showed up on time as promised. The crew was very courteous and kept the work site clean at all times. The installation was neatly done. The technicians at Morales Heating and Cooling where on time and friendly. They insulated and installed a split unit in the garage . As a team each person knew what their job was and did it effectively. I would highly recommend them to do your job.

We had a split system installed in our garage. Alex did a great job & stood behind the product. Sometimes a product can't be fixed but Alex took care of it & we have a new working system. He is a hard working guy & he will treat you right. I will have him handle my entire house from now on. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! He has good guys working for him also. Had 4 quotes from different companies. Immediately M.A.D.E air conditioning came in and beat all others in prices And the quality of work was amazing and thorough!

Alan from Parrot Air is the best! He came on a Sunday to fix our blocked air ducts. Crawled through the attic to find and fix the problem. Took photos with his phone to show us everything. Even discovered tape on one of the vents had fallen off so we were pumping AC into the attic. Fixed that too and no additional charge. Fair pricing, honest service.

Will not recommend to anyone. Blamed me for misdiagnosis of mini split controller. Paid for a new controller choice he recommended. Then he would not credit me for the cost of the controller when it turned out to be incompatible. Failed to provide and install main air conditioner duct cover and installation of ducting.

Very disappointing and still waiting for return of the controller so I can try to sell it.

We had a great experience with Alan. He came to our house and gave us a quote the same day we asked for one. We signed a contract a couple of days later and he installed our new AC a couple of days after that. He showed up on time…actually earlier and had it installed in no time. Then checked back later on to make sure we were cool and comfortable. (We were!)
