I have worked with a lot of Heating and A/C companies in my life but I have never known anyone to be as reposnsive and helpful as Alex. If you give him a call he answers and trys to assist over the phone. If you have a problem he comes out personally and in this last case, it was a simple fix but he did it late on the evening and smiled the whole time.

My family finally had a chance to come down to Cape Coral and enjoy the house.When we arrived the house was 84 degrees. I called Alex, with Morales heating and cooling and he was quick to set me up with an appointment first thing in the morning, which we were grateful, because it was 9:30pm when I called.
The next thing I know Alex is at my front door and ready to get us fixed, which he did. Alex also took the time to look at the pools heat pump and showed me how to quickly change the filter in the pump

We had them insulate our garage door and are very happy with their work. Alex was very quick to get back to me with a bid and a date they could do the work. They gave an approximate time frame and followed up with a text 30 minutes prior to arrival. Their work was professional and they cleaned up when they were done.
They also installed a garage A/C system for my in-laws a few weeks ago and they were just as happy with the work done.

My A/C went down so I naturally called the Company that installed it because I knew it was under warranty. But their quote was totally ridiculous in labor cost,so I started looking for another company and luckily I found Alex. He said he can help me out. His quote, without saying was more affordable than the other company and he had me up and running in no time. If I could give him 10 stars I would, and I also have to say this Man is the most upfront and the most HONEST person I’ve met in a very long time!! Thanks Alex, you and your crew are awesome, and I will highly recommend you to anyone looking for your Services!!!

Alex services my home air conditioner and he installed a mini split for my garage. He is knowledgeable, professional and courteous; and takes the time needed to get the job done right.

I’ve been working with Alex as my AC guy for many years. He’s taken care of my AC maintenance for my small business and my residence. I like to think I must be special that Alex treats me like family but I’m pretty sure he treats everyone with the same exact attention. Prompt answers to my texts and phone calls, extremely fair pricing, and insanely fast turnaround times to keep us cool and comfortable. They left everything clean, organized, and the install on our new system is beautiful! The crew was also very polite and professional. I grew up in the HVAC world, my father ran his heating and cooling small family business for over 35 years. But my dad is 1500 miles away and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to fill my dad’s shoes but Alex and Morales heating and cooling. He genuinely cares about the reputation of his work and it shows.
