Alan is your man!! I met him when he did a service under my 2-10 warranty and kept his number. For a New homeowner like myself I was definitely not educated to know how to deal with the HVAC system. Without my asking, he explained to me what I needed to do and what I should do to keep my system running well. I recently had an issue and I called him and just like with the 210 Warranty he called me immediately and yeah it was after like 9 o’clock, but I didn’t care it was hot in my house and I appreciated his call. Even after calling him for my Warranty he was Johnny on the spot; came and did my repair and the price was definitely affordable. I recommend this kind and very good businessman to provide all your services or any repair repairs that is needed. I couldn’t ask for a better person to work with. Thank you, Alan.

Alan is the absolute best! He saved my A/C unit on several occasions. He was also the only technician who found and fixed an issue that caused temperature instability with my unit, despite a fully functioning thermostat. Ever since Alan has been managing my A/C unit, I’ve had zero Issues with it. I’ve also had Alan install a mini-split a few months ago - zero issues so far. Finally, Alan was the only one who recommended and installed a new thermostat, and I’m finally able to enjoy heat on cool nights. By comparison, my previous company cost me several thousands in repairs in less than a year, that they caused due to completely incompetent technicians that damaged a fully functional A/C unit. Alan is the only HVAC technician I trust. Highly recommend!

Excellent service. Very professional and respectful if the fact we had a 6 month old baby. They were very thorough but more importantly did not wake the baby. Cannot recommend them enough. Will definitely be using again in the future

You need to stop soliciting. I don’t care for your calls at random times and multiple times of the day offering service. It’s also called harassment went your people call me multiple times asking if they can clean my A/C. Dumbest marketing strategy.

So it’s Friday and my ac decided to quit😡. I heard about Adrian and APAC Air and decided to give them a shot. They were here in 30 minutes or so. Fixed the issue!! Thank you APAC!
