Our 30-year-old home had an original heat pump that needed to be replaced. Since the home was built, we added an extra 300-500 sq ft to open up the main living area. The owner of the HVAC company provided excellent advice for our needs. He suggested we keep the same specifications for the new heat pump because the existing ductwork matched the tonnage, but he also recommended upgrading the air handler to boost airflow in the expanded space. His advice was spot on! The new Trane unit works perfectly in our home! During the installation, the team encountered some challenges and had to redo some drywall to fit the new air handler. They quickly found a drywall expert the same day, and they also built a new double door entry to the utility room while installing the heat pump and air handler. The price was fantastic for the quality of the brand and the installation. I highly recommend their services!

I had several big-name companies come in and incorrectly tell me that I had a heat pump and that there were no c-wires installed. A while back, I noticed a clicking noise when my furnace would start up outside. It turned out there was a bearing going bad in the compressor. I decided to get quotes from different companies in Cape Coral for a new furnace system, looking at several brands and price levels (basic, mid-range, and high). Before making any decisions, I had a hard start capacitor added to my current single stage furnace. Later on, I also had them do the yearly maintenance on my old furnace. There are three reasons why this company stands out from the rest: #1. They weren’t pushy about selling me a new furnace system right away. Instead, they told me to let my old furnace keep running—it could last a couple more months or even many more years, even with the bad bearing. #2. The technician, David, explained that adding the hard start capacitor can actually help the furnace last longer, which matched what I had already found out on my own. #3. David spent more than an hour cleaning and inspecting my furnace without trying to sell me anything extra. He even used my own spare filter to replace the old one. These folks are truly honest, and their prices for a new furnace system (when I eventually need one) are fair. Being honest and fair is really important, especially since I can’t get up in the attic myself anymore. Recently, I also had them install a new high-efficiency mini-split system to heat a bonus room, giving it its own independent furnace and air system. They even fixed the air return by moving the ductwork to a low-profile spot at the top of the stairs, making it barely noticeable. They replaced the old, leaky plenum too. The work looks great, both inside and out, and I’m very happy with the results!
