These guys are incredible, after having an emergency HVAC issue, they were able to respond in a timely manner and have a technician at my door in no time. After a diagnostic they were able to determine the issue, and had me back up and running and staying cool!

We came home from a cruise to broken air conditioner, made the mistake of calling someone else first. We then spoke with Kevinspoke with Kevin, who was very honest and knowledgeable, and not trying to scam us out of the gate. They were very patient and understanding with all the questions that we had Explained everything in great detail and got our air conditioning up and running I couldn’t ask for anything more. When we had posted online that we were not happy with the first company that came by. They offered to come over and do a second opinion and just by speaking with them on the phone we knew that they were the correct choice. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my air conditioning needs. I had Seven Level Services install a new A/C unit at our house. The service and communication was excellent, they also assisted in getting a common wire connected for our 2nd unit so we could have a modern thermostat installed. Overall thoroughly pleased with attention to detail, quality of the unit without breaking the bank.

Jeff at Seven Level Services gave us his experienced opinion of the condition of the A/C system in the condo we recently purchased. This was work we had requested be done by the seller. Jeff was clearly being honest in describing this 20 year old system. A month later we decided to install a smart thermostat ourselves but wiring issues left us with many questions, so we called Seven Level. Jeff tried to save us a buck by talking us through the wiring over the phone but we asked that he send someone out anyhow. Kevin came right out even though it was Sunday and it could wait until later but since the cost was the same we had them come out. Anyway, Kevin was exceedingly helpful and easily fixed the wiring. He then helped us register the new thermostat and set up the WiFi.
