I’m a new customer to Air Medic Services and to the area. I was referred to them through my home warranty company. I am very pleased with this company. They return calls, show up when they said, and are very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I will use them for all my future HVAC projects.

I had to use them through my home warranty, which I will never do again. I was really disappointed because they never contact me or let me know what was going on with my part I was waiting for someone to contact me as he said he would but never did. I was the one calling them all the time. Not professional and they actually missed up my A/C even more. Plus, if you say you are going to call, then please call back instead of having the client contact you. Even if it's to let them know that things are taking a while.

I left it alone, the way you left it is how it stayed but you left something on , shut the outside off and something messed up. No one other than you did whatever to it until we called someone else due to it going on almost 2 weeks.

Have to say out of the many HVAC companies out there Air Medic Services is hands down the BEST. Technician showed up on time, smelled great (according to my single aunt) and was quick to offer options to get her unit back up and running. Price was in line with what we expected and he did not try to up sell anything. Very professional and friendly. This is a company who has earned my families trust. Well done guys!

Michael arrived as scheduled and figured out the problem. He was able to find a new system and install it the next day. He arrived the next day on time and with an assistant worked all day and had my house cooling by 3pm. First class work and very professional. Full clean up after the installation was complete. I’m pleased with Michael's visit . I was concerned with my condenser outside making a loud noise upon start up. He used his gauges and discovered I had too much refrigerant than what is actually called for on my system. Once the problem was resolved, our unit is working as it should! Air Medic was responsive even on the weekend, which is hard to find. They were able to come out quickly to troubleshoot our hvac issue. They got the repair done efficiently and at a reasonable price. Would recommend.

Would highly recommend Air Medic Services. Michael did an excellent job. When the service request was put in, he called me right away and set up appointment to come out. Showed up when he said he would. He explained to me what was wrong with my A/C so that I could understand the problem. Called a half hour before arriving to let me know he was on his way. He repaired my A/C and it is working great. Michael called after the job was completed to make sure everything was working.

There are so many Ac companies it’s hard to know which one to choose. Thankfully another company put me in touch with this business. Michael is great. He’s friendly and honest. Since Ian I have been doing major renovations to my house so he’s helped fix multiple things. It is so nice to have a good AC repair person I can call if something comes up, which I have learned that does happen more than I thought. He’s always willing to help answer any questions he can also. Highly recommend.
